King Soopers

Extremely rude service at this store. This was the first time we've ever been to this store. We waited politely at the Pharmacy pickup desk while the staff member talked to someone on the phone. After that, the staff member said "Just a sec" and answered another call. We continued to wait patiently. During this second call, several other customers came and lined up. When the staff member eventually got off the phone, she rudely said we had to go to the back of the line because of some unwritten rule and refused to serve us. At no prior time did she indicate in any way that we had to wait in some special place. So this was also the last time we'll ever set foot in that store. Plenty of nearby competition that was only too willing to provide polite service.

I’ve been shopping here for years because it is the closest King Soopers to my house. Love the produce selection always fresh, produce team is friendly and helpful. Post pandemic— Plan on bagging your own groceries while the checker literally watches you bag your groceries all while mashing everything down the belt. The clerk, “T” stood there idle not helping. Deli counter had a sign that they can’t help until after 9am due to staff shortage @ Sunday morning 9.6.23. At 9am she asked me to come back, she was not able to assist. King Soopers- please do better.

My complaint is not about price as I am fully aware employees have no control over this. The el dorado water exchanges went up 300% in price and customer service was very rude when I asked if they could explain the receipt to me. Rob was excellent and should be promoted. The elderly lady that came extremely rudely to the counter and shut me down needs a day off. She should not be in customer service her attitude is out of this world. There was absolutely no need for that.

I'm not sure who thinks about the self out checkout software, but it is really awful right now. It used to take me 5-10 minutes to do my full grocery order with no help. Now it takes 20 and the person has to come help me several times because the software freezes you out if you click skip bagging too many times. I understand they are trying to prevent theft, but this is ridiculous.

Every time I come here there is 1 checkout lane maybe and no one to bag groceries. One time ok sure I have no problem helping but I am usually juggling my two children so not a place for families! It is hard enough going shopping with two children but the fact that I either have to take my cart through the self line and struggle or go through the 1 checkout line have the clerk rude to me for shopping here then have to struggle to bag my own stuff all of it stresses me to the max. Not sure what kind of higher ups are running this place but King Soopers you are going to lose my business. Perhaps Costco or Safeway would appreciate my hard earned dollars instead and provide adequate service.🤰🏻💁‍♀️

Worst king soopers lately with produce. I don’t normally do reviews, but how do you guys allow the produce you do? The potato area smells like rotten potatoes! The Apple bags are moldy or leaking, it doesn’t stop there if you are just wanting single apples! Cause then you run into sticking your finger into a rotten spot of an apple. Your fruits don’t do any justice with how gross they look sometimes they have mold in some cases. This use to be my favorite store to get produce in the past, I’m never coming to this kings ever again Until your management does better.

Has a good variety of produce. The wine has taken over the aisles. Drivers are continually going the wrong way in the parking lot. I'm waiting for an accident to happen. Need the arrows repainted.

Thanks for impressing me with how foolish it is to use pickup service from this store. The department manager was rude and offensive, and they substituted products without asking for my approval. I won’t be back.

There are the nice employees but there are more how should I say.. very disrespectful commentive new from what I can tell employees there that follow people around making shopping feel rushed and monitored in a criminal manner but it's never been that way since I've been living here in these parts for 50 years I think they should save that treatment for whenever someone is deserving of it.

I have had food from almost everywhere in the store mostly from the counters and your in chicken strips and onion rings From the deli are the best I've tasted. Anywhere around. The sushi is awesome and fresh and everything is clean and enjoyable. I am new to the store because I'm from Missouri and I'd rather shop here than Walmart.
