What happened? As far as I know, there is no shortage. It seems like someone is missing orders or something. Entire sections COMPLETELY empty? Really hoping this can be resolved.

There was no cash registers open but numerous customers needed checked out.Rory complained he was the only one there and everyone forced to self checkout he was visibly agitated that he was asked to help. Please provide adequate help. Your store is rapidly declining .

Nice store but the frozen food section was completely bare. Don't they have anyone to stock or are they out of stock? Was ridiculous

For many winters, shopping at Safeway, while exiting the main driveway to Alameda, large potholes developed. They were usually fixed early in the spring. It wasn’t done in 2022. As a result, it’s now 2023 and it is impossible to navigate around all the potholes when going out the main driveway. And, for the first time, there are now major potholes in front of the store that can’t be avoided. In the past years, it only took one phone call for the manager to contact the management company; and, repairs were always done within two weeks. I spoke with the current assistant manager/manager about five weeks ago and again two weeks ago. In following up, she told me that she’s called in the need for the repairs. What can be done to elevate this so that we can safely get in and out of the shopping area?And, if Safeway is not able to have the repairs done, will Safeway or the management company pay for any vehicle damages due to the pot holes?

Not a well organized store, stuff is hard to find. But had the best pharmacy experience ever! Jane clearly cares about her customers and was very kind to the elderly man in front of me, when it was my turn she helped me find a coupon for over $500 off of my prescription - I thought I was going to have to make major changes to my budget to afford the script - but Jane helped immensely!

Something crooked is going on with this store. Missing sell by dates on the milk, and the half gallon I bought went bad within 48 hours of purchase. Most of their eggs are broken. What is going on??

The person selling fried chicken was very rude. I just wanted 5 pieces of fried chicken. He looked at me aggressively and gave me others instead of the piece I wanted. His behavior was very disturbing and I felt really bad. I thanked him when I left there, but he didn't even look at me and left immediately. (2/25/2023 between 5:30 and 5:45 pm)

If you want liquor, great place. If you want groceries, go somewhere else. King Soopers is down the street and actually has groceries
