King Soopers

Consistently out of stock of many items. Workers’morale low and seem despondent. Unsanitary stench of rot emanating from back room/dumpster. Dried blood and dusty shelves.

We really enjoy our local King Soopers. Very friendly and engaging staff. They also keep the place really clean and well stocked.

Steve, the Pharmacist, was extremely helpful with my equipment issues! He gave valuable information n demonstrated how to use each piece. I know how slammed the Pharmacy is; however, he took the time to assist me. I appreciate Steve for all his guidance n assistance! Thank you.

Hot deli often seems very minimal. Always come around 5, 6 ish and they are "getting ready to drop" so waiting 20 minutes for my hots is the norm...shouldnt hot deli be ready for a dinner rush??

I've been shopping here for over 5 years. I had a little issue this morning (Nov-12-2021 at 9-9:30 am) with the pharmacy, and talked to the manager of the store about it. He was very polite and made sure that I got what I needed. It really makes me happy that I can go into my regular store, and for the manager to care about the customers and help them. I feel like this is something that is far and few between these days. Thank you! And I will definitely continue to shop here for many years to come.

This King Soopers has me trained to do my full grocery lists elsewhere. If I need just a few items, sure it's great because I'll go to self checkout. Large basket full days however, are terrible here since they never have enough registers manned. Do they want me to suffer through self checkout with 40 items? No thanks. Sprouts is much better in this regard.

I live in the area and go here weekly. The staff and selection is always great and parking isn’t ever too bad. Even when it’s crazy busy, you can still manage to get through there quickly. Tristen and Kalli (hope I’m spelling that right!) are super friendly, personable and professional when helping you or checking you out. All in all, everything about this place is great. Oh and the s police officer outdoor is awesome. He’s funny as ever. Nice guy for sure.

I've been going to this King Soopers for about 4 years and have always had a good experience. Kroger brand products are always excellent, and the employees are always friendly. Kelli in particular is extremely friendly and helpful!
