Summary

"Great: Products, prices, people, and location."

"No cell service for Verizon and no WiFi...sucks for NFC."

"Great selections, fresh, yummy produce from the U.S.A!"

My wife and I frequently use their pickup service and all of there team members are kind courteous and professional. When I picked up an order today, another customer dropped one of her products on the pavement which ruined it. The pickup team member who was helping me saw what happened and didn't hesitate to ask if he could go in and replace that product for her. Great service and highly recommend this location!

Over 50 people in line, half of the self checkout registers are closed. There is very limited selection of meats, no NY strip, no edible fish, very poor experience. However I'm thankful the customer service manager opened a new Lane for me so I didn't have to wait in line for 20 minutes.

I love grocery shopping, but I'm so frustrated that this is the closest option to my house. I always wear headphones and go to self checkout, and yet every single time I'm there, one of the male employees gets really close behind me or steps in front of me to help me check out. Some have taken things out of my hands while I'm at self checkout to "help". I'm guessing the manager requires employees to greet every customer, as it helps prevent theft, which is fine. But my experience has been that they get in your face, to the point of harassment. I am always friendly and respond that I'm doing well and don't need assistance. After my last experience, I think I'll just drive down the road to sprouts. The older gentleman came up behind me and raised his voice to tell me how to ring up a veggie. I told him I was good and went to type in my phone number. He chastised me and said that wasn't the right button to ring things up. I told him "yep, just trying to enter my phone number". He responded by raising his voice further and literally yelled "sorry you're having a bad day, just trying to help!!!" At that point I was frustrated and responded "I'm not having a bad day, but I really don't need to be harassed and yelled at". So naturally he yelled back "YOU'RE HARASSING ME!" I was speechless, so I just continued ringing my things up, completely confused why this stuff always happens here. I'm really not sure if it's a man and woman thing and they just don't realize how uncomfortable they make the experience. But it's only ever the male employees, and I've had uncomfortable interactions with a bunch of them. They have taken things out of my hands, pushed me aside to "help", made comments about my body while I'm dressed in a T-shirt and full length pants (so no chance it was what I was wearing), and now yelling in my face. No one should leave the grocery store holding back tears because they've been screamed at by an employee, much less multiple times in one interaction. I work in customer service and know that the customer isn't always right. But these days I dread going to the store because it's always such a degrading experience, for no reason. I just want to get my groceries in peace. I don't go to the store to be chastised and yelled at.

Since it's super close to where I live, it makes it really convenient. The store itself is clean and stocked with goods for what you need. Friendly helpful staff that doesn't get agitated by questions or asking for help. Prices can be more expensive than other rival stores but with king soopers card an some coupons I ended up saving over $14 on my recent visit. Store is always busy and lines for checkout can be long but with plenty of self checkouts, it helps mitigate waiting.

This a an ok store if you don’t need any kind of service. It is rarely well stocked. There were 3 employees in the deli when I was there on 7/31 at 9:20. Two men and one woman made eye contact with me as I was standing at the counter waiting for help. All 3 of them went in different directions. They all came back, talked then one man went towards the meat counter and the other 2 went in the back of the store. This is not the first time the employees have looked past me. The front end managers are clearly over worked because they never wear a smile and are often short with employees and customers. The topics of conversation are often questionable. These employees should know that many people have pretty sharp hearing. I would be shocked if this store was not on Kroger’s chopping block because it should be!

You can let the long haired pony tail guy at the self checkout working 6/3/23 around 7:15pm know that not all black people steal. As the self checkout system was giving us issues from using our own bags, the attendant was called upon. Understandable I suppose. He rudely asked if he can get access to the machine. We let him through not realizing which way he was coming from which was directly behind us. Then I decided we should just go to a regular checkout to avoid further issues. He rudely stated "If that's what you wish". He scanned the camera footage as if we were thieves even though the footage and checkout screen directly shows otherwise. We just arrived to the checkout and scanned two items so it wasn't like we were there long. He claimed that an item wasn't scanned when it clearly was ON THE SCREEN. If you're going to have someone manning the self checkout, maybe have someone who isn't going to automatically assume that the black person is stealing or someone with a terrible attitude and horrible customer service. Absolutely appalling.

Tried exchanging some shoes just a little while ago and had to deal with Mary at customer service. Because of her I honestly would never shop here again and unfortunately this one is the closest one to my house but the other one is only on the other side of Standley lake and is much bigger and better anyway. They also don’t have a Mary at the customer service counter.

always out of stock.... recently went in and there was NO vegetable produce. This used to be my fave king soopers but it has gone down hill over the last couple of years. You're better off going to 80th & Wads or 120th and Sheridan.

Clean, organized, merchandising makes sense, produce and protein are always top quality. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, cheerful, and very helpful.

The store is understaffed. Shopping carts are outside, there are none inside. It's not the same King Soopers it use to be. There restocking is slow for items people buy all the time. Always seem to be low on ice tea or none at all.
