King Soopers

Selling expired milk products!!!! I bought half n half on MONDAY 9/4 and made a cup of coffee this morning only to find huge chunks. Turns out, it expired 8/31. This is the second time in 2 weeks!!! I’m keeping my receipt next time and raising hell. This is absolutely unacceptable. How many people are you making sick??

I like shopping at this location. It's not perfect, they are understaffed and it shows, but the staff they do have are friendly and they almost always have what I need! That said, the coupon system is frustrating. They have additional coupons locked behind the app (which is fine, I have the app), but using your own Internet in the store is next to impossible and they don't offer Internet to their guests. As they do not honor those coupons without being clipped in the app, I have to either go without the savings or go back for my groceries after I've left to access Internet elsewhere. In this economy, my shopping is driven by low costs/savings and healthy options - if I find that combo elsewhere that's easier to utilize, and KS current system remains the same, I will probably shop there instead.

They packed our groceries so poorly. Bread with canned goods. Our birthday cake up side down. Broken eggs. Milk leaking on everything. Then wanted us to bring it all back. Gross! We already had cleaned out the car of the mess! They should have offered to bring us a new cake at least.

I don’t usually review places but the staff here is always so friendly, even if I accidentally order pick up when it’s raining. Thanks for being so nice and helpful, guys!

This King Soopers was very similar to the one on Harmony and JFK in Fort Collins. The layout is similar, the location of merchandise is arranged in a closely related floor plan. So if you shop here (in Loveland), or there ( in Fort Collins) you will have a familiar shopping experience. The space was brightly lit, clean and open. There were a wide variety of products and specialty services. They have a bakery, Starbucks, deli, a U.S Bank, Western Union, seafood counter and meat counter. The staff was largely present and available, and everything was clearly labled and easy to find. The produce was fresh, the shelves well stocked and organized, a very good shopping experience over all.

King Soopers is our store! We only live 3 blocks away. We're there often every day. We know most of the employees and cashiers. We love EVERY one of them. There's NOTHING we can't find there! And if we can't find it, we ask any one of their knowledgeable, courteous employees. Or ask at the courtesy desk to order it. The quality of ALL the food is excellent. And if it's not, they WILL make it right. We LOVE King Soopers!!! My favorite employees in the store, are of course, all the managers, the pharmacy...actually any employee in the entire store!!!!! But my special favorites, that have helped me immensely every time they get a chance are Kurt, Tammy, Melissa, Jody, Kathy, Brandon, Don, Ian, Tom, and the BEST OF ALL, Micah!!!! Look for them!!! They'll help you with whatever you need, at any time and any place, with a smile!!! 😃

Always nice produce.Quality meat good . Nice deli and good pastry selection.Only thing I'm not big on is don't put shrimp in crab salad

Do NOT buy the gas from this location. They are selling tainted fuel and then blowing off customers. This location and their management staff are the worst examples of King Sooper's and they have lost a lifetime customer with their atrocious behavior. Corporate managers should be embarrassed of this store and especially the manager Chelsey and her terrible customer service and the way she speaks to customers.

My 97 yr old Mom had word at about 9am that her prescription was ready, so she asked to have it delivered and they said it would be by 4:30. Around 6pm, she called and they said they could not get to it today, so they would send it out tomorrow. This is elder abuse, the worst service possible, total disregard for the well-being of the patient- a contradiction of everything they are supposed to be about.

Picked up some plants on sale. Very nice store employees very helpful.
