Specifically about the deli. The staff is always rude and acts like they are being bothered. This isn’t just one time. It is every time I am in there over the last year. They are rude. Then today I bought the $5 chicken meal. The chicken isn’t even edible. It is gross, over cooked and completely dried out. I don’t care to go back because the staff is so rude. Worst KS deli I have ever worked with.

Older blonde woman in self checkout refused to let me through and let people cut in front of me even though I had less than ten items. Another customer had to ask why she was treating me that way. She made a scene out of it and told me I could apply for a job if I didn’t like it. I understand she may have been frustrated in general that day but it was quite embarrassing so I left without groceries and accidentally left our nice cherished tote bags behind- which they claimed they never found when we called. I’m always very polite to the staff and patient when they’re disorganized so this was pretty disappointing. Haven’t been back.

Picked up an online order today that had frozen items that were completely dethawed. The frozen pizza felt like raw pizza dough... The chicken breast wasn't even cold anymore... When I went back to the store the guy at customer service wasn't apologetic and unconcerned about the safety issues of frozen food clearly being left out for hours. He allowed me to replace the items but when I was leaving I decided to voice my concerns to a manager. I found a Front End Manager named Mindy and explained the situation. As someone in charge of customer service I was horrified by how she handled the situation. She wouldn't apologize for the situation either and only said I was "good to go" with my replacements. When I asked if this wasn't a safety concern to her she seemed to brush it off and said she would talk with them later still not apologizing about the situation. I couldn't believe how no one seemed concerned and couldn't even apologize for giving me food that could of caused food poisoning if it was consumed, but judging by how Mindy handled the situation its no surprise that those working under her also don't care about providing good customer service.

Karen J was my cashier today. They were personable and pleasant to talk to. They made sure I didn’t miss out on any savings and we just had a wonderful conversation. I wish I would have gotten the name of the courtesy clerk as well who came along and helped me pack up my groceries as well but regardless, I had a wonderful experience chatting with Karen J and them. The employees who keep this store going, I appreciate you all! Thank you!

This king Soopers location is my least favorite for a few reasons: Self checkout, how the store is set up, and management. You have to request paper bags at self checkout and the store is usually short staffed so it makes the self checkout clerks have to run around even more. This is the only king Soopers location in northern Colorado that doesn't have bags readily available at the self checkout which is a huge hassle. The delivery drivers are the ones who need the paper bags the most and self checkout is much quicker and easier for delivery drivers, but asking for bags makes it a horrible experience depending on how busy the employees are. Some of the employees will flat out ignore when someone asks for bags or help at the self checkout. They should just have the paper bags available like all the other fort Collins locations do. The other issue is, this location has been notorious for rearranging the store in poor ways over the years. This most recent remodel is the worst I've seen as product placements in some of the aisles don't make sense at all. I don't know how King Sooper and Kroger corporate are okay with how this location is doing things. Maybe no one has spoken up loud enough yet... Speaking of corporate... King Soopers and Kroger both have not done much to solve the terrible management at this store. Many, many, many customers and employees alike have complained about multiple managers at this location who I will not name. All kinds of harassment happens at this store everyday, and the main store manager is the one performing the majority of the harassment. The main guy running the store has had multiple sexual harassment complaints over the years, and King Soopers and Kroger have chosen to let him remain in charge making it a dangerous workplace and dangerous environment for customers. King Soopers..... Please do better with your Fort Collins JFK location. How long do we have to let the management keep harassing and hurting people at this location before you properly discipline, or get rid of them? Until someone steps up and stands up for what's right, this store deserves two stars. Most of the employees are doing their best to survive there, and they deserve better management now!!

I got accused of stealing a singular can of Monster of all things. Just taken right out of my hands from the woman at self check out, but THANK GOD the manager Bryan was there to "save the day". Bryan deserves a raise. Whatever he's paid just isn't enough. Accusing someone of stealing is a bold choice to make. I'll gladly be going to Walmart for help now.

Awesome grocery store. The employees are always so friendly. Wether it’s a cart I need or a product I forgot someone is always willing to help me. The Starbucks crew are always smiling. It makes my mornings better.

I'm not sure what is happening here, maybe some sort of Bermuda triangle situation but for whatever reason this specific King Soopers has the most amazing rotisserie chicken. And amazing is really an understatement, phenomenal is more accurate. I've tried different locations and different stores, so I'm not sure if they have some sort of chicken wizard working here or what's going on. All I know is it doesn't stay in our refrigerator for long, if it even makes it there. Fantastic work in the deli!

I love the selection of organic food at this location, it's a substantial amount more than the location in Loveland on 29th, which is the closest to me and my usual go-to. As someone who has to eat organic due to a very irritating pesticide sensitivity, further complicated by a soy allergy (which is in almost EVERYTHING organic or "healthy") I have struggled to find the same products regularly at my location, but every time I come to this one, they seem to have more of the same options each time, and a larger selection to choose from. I have found myself choosing this one more to avoid having to spend more money on other organic brands, as the Simple Truth Organic selection here is great and far surpasses 29th st's stock. It also helps to be able to get the same things again when I find something I can eat. The people here are nice and the building is spacious as well. The organization of the aisles is easier to navigate, and their signs are much more clear about which products are where, as compared to a more vague title for each aisle at other locations.
