"Good food, good selection, great service"
"You people make Walmart seem like a nice place to visit."
Really disappointed in my last few visits here, today in particular. I came to the store 8 minutes before close. I also work retail, so it was the fastest I could get here. I walked up to the door in my work uniform and a man stopped me at the door and said "sorry, we're closed." I said "please, I really only need one thing and I know where it is." He very coldly said "nope, sorry, we stop people from coming in 10 minutes before close so we can go home at a reasonable time." I'm pretty shocked at that. Again, just coming from my own grocery+retail job at another chain, and having welcomed customers in up until the very minute we closed, and even ringing up full carts 20 minutes after close, turning away 1 person who wants 1 thing 8 minutes before close says to me that they don't value me or my business. A couple in a car parked next to mine witnessed the interaction and expressed their shock to me, saying things like "that's just wrong" and apologizing to me. Trust me, I know it can sometimes be frustrating to have people come in last minute, but you never know why someone had to do that and what a little kindness can do for them. Especially when your hours say you are open until a certain time. I would have been in and out before it was even 11:00pm. When I told him that last part, he said "sorry, too many other people ruined it for you." He then shut the door. I probably would have been fired for something like that. Turning me away when I wanted 1 item before they were even closed just turned away my business for life, because I'm not coming back here.
Just moved here to Loveland from Denver. The people are so nice. I spent my last 4 years working as a NCF for king soopers so my first shopping trip I do is at this King Soopers. The store is clean. Well stocked. The late crew was getting ready to start the night. My experience was great except my husband and I were watched for STEALING the time we were shopping. Clearly, we're sore thumbs, not from here. I even tell the woman in the front self check that we JUST moved in. We're shopping with a small half shopping cart and carrying a mop and broom. Paid nearly 200$ tonight and it will be the only time I spend money at this king soopers over CELSIUS. 12pk celsius is on sale so are the individuals. The self check woman makes me feel so personal about this triple check on our possible thieving I'm angry by the time we're leaving. I didn't even get to use my 3$ coupon on my aspirin. So, I felt TARGETED mid way through the shopping because of this celsius sale, the end cap near the front of the store and obvious signs of try to not let them by. Meanwhile, I know I just left Denver AND my 4 year career with King Soopers. My family will NOT be back.
Thank you for hooking me up with fresh organic vegetables. Why go somewhere else? Plus the prices are so affordable and thank you so much guys for checking in the back for me for more kale!

Just terrible experiences everytime I go to this store. Thanks for making it so difficult just for me to buy some fruit and milk! Prices here are constantly wrong with a mix of digital coupons, other coupons and just prices that are listed one way and then ring up another. Even the employees seem exasperated by the awful false listings and prices. It requires this constant vigilance to make sure the price listed is actually what's ringing upb at check out. Then the employees berate you about not doing the digital coupon right when it turns out for that product there is no digital coupon! I feel like there's some sort of scam going where they're purposely doing a bait and switch. What a miserable experience just trying to buy some basic items. Let's not even get started on how bad the app is and what an absolute pain it makes it just to get some simple items. Thanks a lot King Soopers...you officially make something very basic like buying groceries, just a painful experience. I've never left the grocery store feeling mad about buying food before... Just awful.
Would it hurt ya to actually turn on the ac? You feel it for like 5 minutes when you walk in just because the temp is slightly less than outside but 5 minutes walking around and your sweating to death. I bet they don't even turn it on at night for employees because the day people are dripping with sweat. Like all of them, not just the men.
Not sure who makes sandwiches here. But absolutely no need for 4" depth of bread with 1/8" of meat and all.. a loaf of bread and package of slice deli meat would of been cheaper and more enjoyable. 92% bread. Blah.

Rude, young security guard that shouldn't be allowed to speak to customers, because he's lacking social interaction skills and tact. Only self-checkout in the evening hours. This location used to have friendly service, but something has definitely changed.
Nice store...aisles are usually a bit overly jammed with staff stocking merchandise with oversized racks. Their timing could be a little more convenient for consumers.

We bought some Coors beer here at this king sooper's location. My husband and I are both 62 and look it. I understand that they have to scan one of our id's due to rules, regulation, or policy..... whatever it may be. However the checker at the self checkout insisted that they had to scan both my husband's and my Id's because we purchased some beer! We are done with King Soopers!!! You have just lost thousands of dollars of my bysiness!! There are no places to go without being monitored any more. King soopets stinks
I've shopped at this store for the majority of the past 10 years. The staff is helpful, the store clean and usually well stocked. The produce is fresh
