King Soopers

I have shopped here for over 6 years. There recently in the last few months been one employee I’ve had bad interactions with no matter the day. Deanndra V at the customer service desk always treats her guests as if they have been yelling at her for hours before they even have the chance to say hello to her. Always is in a poor mood and seems so inconvenienced when you approach the customer desk. I avoid the customer desk if she is there. I RECOMMEND YOU DO TO. She’s so angry all the time. Tim in the produce section is very sweet and very helpful. I always seek him out for help if I need it. Patrick is always in the aisles and is always walking me to a product I can’t find or special orders it for me if they do not have it!! Kyle U, Maddy B and George W are always very kind, welcoming and helpful in any situation. They are managers there in the front and will do all they can to help their customers and their staff even if they are super busy and have a lot on their plates. And you can tell the staff respects them and care for them as much as they do them!! Great store very clean and very very nice people (for the most part.)

We love our local King Soopers. It's our go to, for most things at home. Plus the gas points always help. Great customer service, & great people in Arvada.

🛒Great store! Pleasant environment & employees. Nice & clean! During peak times, it gets quite busy but shopping & checking out is efficient. If you need help, finding something, reaching something, carrying something, or walking out to your vehicle, just ask🌞🌦❄️🌬🌜 Items are stocked & if there isn't something in stock, just have to ask the employee in the dept and they will order it for you. Takes about a week or less to get delivered to the store. Overall, great place!!😊

The store on 58th and Independence, does not have the mini grocery carts available. This store is in need of a remodel as it needs updated. I prefer to go to the store on 64th and Ward..

I always buy Kristin's from the bakery. The ones I got today are the worst I've ever had! Not Krispy at all.....just doughy. The bakery needs to inspect their product better!! Not happy.

I went there for several items and they didn't have them. Pork butt,out,chicken wings,out.Chips,out of the brand I use.On order from what I heard.Its a hit or miss, 70% of the time they have what I want but settle for an alternative. The people are great,the store is usually pretty clean. If the parking is looking pretty full,then the store will be busy.

Clean, nice, well stocked. Just ignore the liqour and buy next door at Warriors. In 100+ visits, only had 1 rude employee interaction and many many positive ones. I want to call out the butcher area for being especially helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They really earned the 6th star 🌟

Visited this location in June of 2023. The store is understaffed, understocked, and in disrepair. If you cannot properly run the store due to staffing shortages, then request help from corporate. The bathrooms are LITERALLY falling apart. the toilet paper dispenser was laying on the floor of the men's bathroom stall.

11am on a Wed and only one check out lane open. 20min to check out! No baggers, self-check swamped, and staff just standing around. Not normally this bad - except for the standing around part. They're always doing that.

An older King Soopers but still has just what I need. Some of the newest bigger stores have gourmet items but not at this store. Employees are friendly & helpful.
