Safeway

I have always loved this location from the produce to the staff! They are always willing to help and guide you to locations and they always greet you when they are close to the doors. The woman who is always outside in the morning cleaning the trash in the parking lot is amazing. She shouting have to do it but she does a great job! I love the Starbucks staff Sam the manager The other Sam and Andrew are the reasons I come almost every morning and tell everyone to go to that Starbucks! I always have a great experience there and I know that the quality won’t be lost as long as the store manager is there and those two at Starbucks!

Cheese island was down so I asked the deli dept for a cheese, as per the sign. They told me it was all gone and to go elsewhere. Having worked at a grocery store what happens when a cooler malfunctions, there is an alarm so the day or over night crew can pull the product into shopping carts and wheel them into a walk in cooler, and not lose hundreds to thousands of dollars of product. My store also had remote monitoring so they would also call when temps spiked. What probably happened to me was the four deli people standing around didn't want to take the time to look for what I asked for. Not great customer service. And since I'm here complaining, I would also add the store could do a better job of pulling expired products. I have found expired food in center store and the lunch meat/breakfast meat cooler on a frequent basis.

Flat out the service is amazing here, However I do disagree with the company's policy to not allow tips to Employees, inherently provably violating their right to an income; to which The employee's amazing service in a customer's eyes as earning a tip if the customer can... And this happens with how many other companies' employees that go above and beyond for customers making these companies look good? The employees deserve a five star, but the people above them running that company deserve to be in court

I did an online pick up and they double charged me for meat. I called and they fixed that but they still didn’t refund the right amount . Called the store today a very rude gentleman was speaking to me and was no help to me he said he would call me back and never did. I just checked me receipts and they took off all my discounts as well which has cost me more money! I have done multiple pick ups and was very disappointed with this one and the customer service

One of the best grocery stores in town. Always clean, fully stocked and pleasant associates.

Decent grocery store. Good prices. Nice deli selection. Wish they would sell minute maid aguas frescas by the case though.

This trip to Safeway was to get Buttermilk since I couldn't find it anywhere to save my life 😒 so that's what made us take a trip to Safeway. Yess they had the Buttermilk!!! Thank God lol 😆 The store was very clean organized nice and Friendly cashier's. Beautiful flower arrangements as always. The only thing that I hate it that it's expensive to shop there, otherwise a very nice grocery store.

This is the cleanest, brightest and most well organized Safeway I have ever visited. I do all my grocery shopping here now.

Always a very friendly staff. Good produce. A Lil pricey but to be expected.
