Craig in the paint department is awesome! I went in 3 times today I think with different problems and he was gracious, knowledgeable and professional. Really, everyone working there is friendly and helpful. Kingsoopers next door could use some customer service tips from Ace. Thank you!

We’ve been converting working on a big project for the last 6-months and ACE was the closest hardware store near us. They are spectacular and extremely knowledgeable. If they don’t have something in stock they can get it in a day or two without issue. Ruth has helped us multiple times, super friendly!

Great service. As has happened many times, your staff spent over 10 minutes finding the right solution to my problem. I feel guilty because the solution is sometimes a 99 cent part, which doesn't very well reward the staff and Ace for that great service. I try to repay by being a regular customer and using this ACE as my go-to place for my hardware needs.

Local hardware shop with nice folks but they're less knowledgeable about the work than the folk that worked at Ace thirty years ago. Also, they've got fewer of the items that you need. Stopped in for tomato cages recently and they did have them, but they were $10 apiece, so prices are a bit high. We'll be back when it's convenient, but otherwise there are more knowledgeable places and more reasonable places.

It would be good to know what areas we’re lacking in on the knowledge front, so next time you are in please share with one of the managers as we’re always looking for ways to improve. As far as the tomato cages go, there are many different levels of tomato cages as different sizes, materials and colors are all factors and we do have a broad range of prices within them as do the big box stores. Young guys work here yes but they try hard and they're nice usually an older fellow will answer questions that they can't I will go back
