Right at Home

I started with this company at the end of June. They are a very great company to work for! I get a lot of support from my supervisor and the office staff.

Right At Home is very well trained in dementia care and has been extremely helpful to our family member in need who just moved here from another state. They are knowledgeable, dependable and professional and always communicative, problem solving and supportive. The management is excellent and the care givers are first-rate. I have 100% trust in all of Right At Home's support staff as they continue to work diligently with my brother who has dementia and several additional health care needs. I can't say enough about the high quality and well trained caregivers and I highly recommend Right At Home to anyone needing physical and emotional support for their loved one. Thank you Right at Home for all that you continue to do to help our loved one navigate his 'new normal.' We feel very confident that he is well taken care of and is finding meaning and joy in his day-to-day interactions because of your staff. You are a tremendous help to him and to all of our family!

My experience with this company was horrible. I had them a total of 3 weeks but there were open shifts so my care was unpredictable. My services were terminated abruptly with the assumption I was committing fraud. Right at home was fully aware of my other home care provider. They came to my home providing care for that day and said they would not be returning. I asked several questions as I was confused to what was going on. She (manager) said call the VA and provided no other information. She took her book and left. This company had zero compassion for my loved one. I highly recommend NOT using this company as they have horrible customer service and they are short staffed. You don’t know what you get day to day.

Right at Home is an excellent agency. The caregivers are amazing the staff has been so very helpful. Thank you Patty! Happy Birthday! My aunt loves the meals! We are so happy she can be at home and get the servi ces she needs. Being a caregiver myself I know the services she recieves is outstanding. Thank you!

The owner of Right at Home, Patti Walters, is very knowledgeable about Alzheimer's and the what to expect at each level of the disease. She walked me through some really tough decisions for my Mom. Her experience and compassion combined make her uniquely qualified to be in this industry.

Right At Home has been a life saver for me. Faced with PTSD issue, Theresa and Stephan have literally saved my life with companionship and mental health . The staff has always been accommodating and gracious. Thank God I got them in my life. I really appreciate everyone's understanding.

Right at Home, managed by Patty, provided thoughtful and dependable end of life care for our loved one. They made a very difficult time much easier for us. We are forever grateful for their care.

Patti and her staff are amazing. We have worked with other companies but Patti and her staff actually care about their clients well being. They take the time to ask questions and assess their clients needs.

I have been served by RAT for close to a year. Even tho my needs have been varied, they have provided me with committed and qualified staffing. I shall continue to use their staff in the next year.

This a a wonderful service and helps me feel Comfortable that my grandmother is well taken care of when I cannot be around! Staff and services are wonderful.
