The Home Depot

The delivery company HD uses is awful! It's such a nightmare, they are ridiculous. They stole my fridge which I requested to move to the garage WITHOUT MY CONSENT. They also did not install my new fridge. I had to hire a professional plumber to do it and pay extra money on the top of what I paid. The store manager at Boulder was very helpful and nice to interfere and resolve the issue. If you wanna buy from Home Depot, just pick it up. Don't use their delivery service.

Very good enough store. Huge fan of the always military discount. Thank you. Love the new verification system even more! Investment by a company to make giving a discount to customers easier. Crazy. It’s like they care. Please go into the business of teaching other businesses this cool idea. 🇺🇸🫡

Had to talk to five different people to find someone who could unlock a circular saw, which took ~20 minutes. On the Home Depot Website I had found that it was currently on promotion, and came with a free battery. Nowhere did it say it was an online only deal, and the site stated it was available at the boulder store. As it turns out, this specific deal is online only. That being said, Ted was super helpful and great to work with.

The paint employees at this store were very helpful and friendly. The line was very long but the two employees worked very quickly and got through it while answering all my questions. Would rate 5 stars but manager Isa was rude to the employees and customers while I was there and it was a bit off putting. She very loudly yelled at them and told them they should be in the isles stocking shelves when there was a very long line and only 2 of them there. A little embarrassing and feel bad for the employees. 2 stars for Isa, 5 for employees.

Incredibly uncomfortable experience going here and seeing the floor manager Dominic Gomez completely abuse his position and treat his employees with such disrespect in front of customers. Then he proceeded to do nothing himself and flirt with the kids who work at the front. Creepy! Home Depot reevaluate your managers!

Where to begin! I went online to buy a refrigerator and had some questions so went to the chat option. I asked what the total price would be, including installation and hauling away the old refrigerator. The customer service person gave me a price, and I asked if that included tax, and she said yes. When it came time to make the purchase, she was experiencing technical difficulties, so told me to go online to complete the purchase, which I did. Lo and behold, the price was significantly higher because tax had NOT been included. Then we called Home Depot to make sure our old refrigerator would be hauled away because it was a little larger than a standard refrigerator. The customer service person checked with someone and told us it would be fine and that he would make a note about it on our order. Didn't happen. The old refrigerator was NOT removed (and we had paid to have it removed), so we had to hire another company to have it hauled away. And we could not get the recycling credit because Home Depot had not removed it. And every phone call we made regarding all these issues was extremely frustrating. Basically Home Depot's response was "oh well, it is what it is, not our problem."

Home depot store is great but not the warranty. Avoid buying the warranty plans on large appliances. When you need to file a claim, it's a mess. They send contractors with 2 out of 5 star. (No show twice and 8am-5pm windows every time. ) After more than a month, they can't repair my dryer and won't replace it. Never had such a bad experience with a warranty plan.

I could spend hours here... I love HD, though buying anything on Boulder tends to be more expensive than some places outside Boulder County. I would also advise if you're looking for a popular item that you look online or call first, since those types of items end up getting sold out

As an employee I never showed up late and was a very hard worker. They hid the fact I was a temporary employee. I was given two days notice before I was layed off. I was supposed to receive two weeks notice. When I asked for two weeks after the late notice they gave me I was rejected and fired after asking for an extended employment while I searched for other jobs. Being an employee here was extremely messed up and stressful. I was refused bathroom breaks and they refused to give lunch breaks. Don’t support this horrible establishment or support this company. Home Depot used covid as public reputation. They hired many people and hid the fact they were temporary all for good pr.

This home Depot is as you would expect. Well stocked, and conveniently situated. The parking can be challenging and it's a very busy store, so funny be surprised if you have to wait in line to check out our struggle to get help if you need it. I do appreciate that they have everything and their garden section is always full with a great variety of plants.
