I work 7p-7a and I stopped by Tractor Supply on my way home to get shavings and grain for a senior horse. I arrived at 7:47 still in my scrubs and the staff were doing racing laps around the parking lot racing each on ATVs. I started to load shavings into my car to expedite my trip. Logan came outside and let me know that the store doesn't open til 8. I explained that I just worked an overnight shift and need grain and shavings. He told me, that I wasn't allowed to load shavings yet because they weren't open. I offered him my wallet to hold so he knew that I wasn't trying to steal shavings. I didn't understand what the problem was so Logan asked me to leave the property. I started to cry and asked for some patience and compassion but he just iterated that I needed to leave. I did wait till 8 am to make my purchase because my horse needed it and he comes first. I bought $311 dollars worth of grain, supplements and shavings. I have always appreciated the kindness of the staff at Tractor Supply but after the way Logan treated me I'd rather shop at Murdoch's. There was absolutely no reason for Logan's behavior and attitude.

Love this Tractor Supply, they have a great selection of so many things we need around the house. They also have a great selection of Christmas decor every year, it is always unique and the cutest. I love their clothes too, I can always find something different at a great price. The people who work here are super helpful and friendly as well.

Went to have propane Refilled tom says hes too busy to fill propane . no one else is in the store feel sorry for the cashier that had to tell me I can tell she felt bad. I just told her don't feel bad it's not her fault hes just lazy. I visit this location a lot I never had any problems

Kristy & Ariel were great & enthusiastic. I’m only giving 4 stars not due to service but due to the inexcusable technical issue with the systems which said an item was in stock but it was not, & I had just taken a mini road trip to obtain the item. This has inconvenienced me tremendously with my business as I have lost clients. Ariel did a great job trying to make it right though. I would highly recommend this location as the ladies here are stars! Oh, also they definitely are absurdly short staffed, that also was rather annoying, not their fault though!

Never going back again. Sold us a broken chicken coop, did not find out until we took all the parts out of the box. Half day round trip. It was the last one in stock, in state. Asked if they could get me a new part. Nope would have drive it all back. Can you give me a little credit to go get materials to fix it, nope you have drive it back. If they really worked well with people in AG, they would know asking people to spend another half day to correct what was sold to them at full price, the would know this not ok. Called the Castle Rock Location, Heidi tried to help, she was awesome, but they cannot order new parts for these. Is what it is now and I had to spend money on top of list price to make it right, which does not feel right. Only thing I can do now is tell people go to Murdoch's, go to Sportmans, Go ANY PLACE but the TSC.

Walked in twice on same visit no greeting. District manager and another employee talked while I stood there for them to finish up talking to see what to do about return. Lady at register was rude and didn't want to process my return properly. Lady Told me I couldn't get a refund because I bought from a different TSC. It is unfair policy or decision because you can buy parts in one city. Move to the next city or state and not need something you purchased with receipt. This store was ran poorly. Seems to be an issue at a lot of these TSC places. No more shopping here for me unless I am in my Trailer and on the road and only place around. Local trailer places for me.

Called to make sure a specific Pressure washer was in stock tonight, drove up from Denver, the gentleman I spoke to earlier on the phone brought me straight to everything I needed, even pushing the cart as I had an excited puppy with me. Even helped me load it into my truck. Can't ask for better service.

Ordered a safe online and was promised to have the product delivered to store for pick up. The order was cancelled without notifying me at any time. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if I was notified in time to make other plans. Hopefully they can do a better job in customer service and let the customer know. I shop at Tractor Supply all the time and usually have great service. I hope this don't change my mind.

Cashier made a mistake scanning items and emptied bags on counter to re-do the process. No big deal, but... She left 3 things out of our bag after checkout. Not one, or two but three. We get home and find items purchased and charged for, missing. Tried to call and speak to a manger to quickly resolve, 10 min on hold so far. Worst hold music ever. Update: Manager answered and after relaying my message, I get put on hold again, and now hung up on. Terrible. :( Wow.

The customer service at this store is terrible. I purchased 6 air hoses. 3 were put into service but failed very quickly by ballooning up. I went in to return the other three that were still unopened. The manager said that he could not take the return because my air compressor was putting out too much pressure. When I argued this point he said he could not take the return because the receipt was a photo copy. When I said I would go get the original, he said he could not take the return because it was past 30 days. I explained to him that I was a longtime loyal customer and would not ever be back to this store again. He was ok with that. I called corporate and filed a grievance #IMS0814118. I was told either the store manager or district manger would contact me within 48 business hours. It's been a month, no call.
