I order the commercial water heater on the May 17th in the store. When I make the payment they have two option one is 2 weeks deliver the other one is 2 to 4 days deliver but will be $800 dollar extra. It’s urgent. I chose the fast one pay extra. They told me the delivery day on Monday. I have no problem with it ,after I ordered two days at the Home Depot. Send me the other message say delay the delivery day on the Friday. I called Home Depot to make sure they told me will be here on Monday for sure . because I close the business end scheduled the people coming to install I want to double check the water heater will be here .They delivery didn’t show up . So disappoint. By the way, the salesman he was very helpful. He’s a good man .that was the Home Depot’s problem.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! We were looking to replacing some flooring with carpet and some laminate. Went to the Thornton store off 168th on Friday (6/23), picked out the flooring, and the lady input our selections and scheduled a measurement date. Johnathan comes out on Tues (6/27) to measure, tells us the lady who helped in the store, put everything in wrong and will fix it and we will get a quote for the carpet that evening and the flooring would take a couple days but would have it by Thursday. To date we received nothing, Friday. I called the measurement number given online, spoke to Taylor and asked for a supervisor, He told me I cannot get the number for a supervisor, but would transfer me to one. It was Greg, he actually got the quote to us for both types of flooring while I was on the phone with him, he said the guy did not input the information correctly for the bathroom laminate, but seemed to not care at all of what happened and mess ups seemed to be the norm for Home Depot. Save your time, frustration, and money, and go somewhere else! We have chosen not to use them at all after this process and can’t imagine the nightmare the installation would be!
Jan has the worst customer service ever. Even though we had a curbside pick up we were told to go move our car to the other side of the store and go inside. We went inside, stood there waiting and another employee noticed us. They started helping with our order, we waited a total of 25 minutes before we were then told that they couldn’t accommodate cuts in a board because their saw was down. I let them know that all other Home Depot’s don’t run things this way and I would not shop here again and she told me “okay”. I have never been so disappointed with a Home Depot experience. I have been a loyal customer for 10+years and have several credit card with them. Awful!
Do get me wrong. Home Depot is fine. I go there all the time. I almost always find what I want. Our Home Depot in Thornton, CO, is just a Big-Box hardware store - very average in a good way.
If I could give them a -0 I would absolutely horrible customer service as I was checking out the ring me up three times each time getting my price wrong in self check out acting as if I was trying to steal their merchandise after I corrected them. They argued with me that their price was correct they over, charged me for regular wood and charged me 24 pieces for blue pine. Went to another Home Depot a $550 bill buying the exact same product paid $240. I will never shop here again.
Ok, I’ve never been inside the store before but hear me out. I placed an online pickup order with this store around 6PM for materials I needed the next morning. Fulfillment is supposed to be 2 hours so I figured this would be more than enough time to have my stuff ready by 8AM THE NEXT DAY (14 hours in other words). 11AM rolls around, never heard from the store. Spent a solid 15 minutes on the phone trying to get an update before heading over since the store is over a half hour away. All the people could tell me was “we don’t usually pick orders before calling to confirm.” Well ok but I never got such a call. I told them “this is my call to confirm I need this stuff asap.” 1:30 rolls around — nothing! I finally cancelled and am just going to have to figure out where else I can get the stuff. I am not spending one more minute dealing with this store and don’t trust them that the order would even be ready when they say it is! Maybe the in-store shopping experience is good but the customer service absolutely blows.
Rented 2 power washers on back to back days. Neither one worked. Complete waste of time and energy. You guys are charging people hundreds of dollars to rent used tools, least you can do is make sure they work. Not happy at all
Store is so clean, employees are so awesome. Highly recommend this store for shopping, the service desk ladies even returned my dead plants. 🤎🤎🤎 Garden center - phenomenal!!
customer service staff esp the Lady named Desire is superb and friendly. i asked a lot of things and asked recommendations and all were done in just a few minutes. Kudus too to the friendly and very accommodating garden staff(section) who helped us a lot.
