Holman Honda Centennial

The service was alright. I had lug nuts on all four tires changed since they were wore out on my vehicle back in July. Although, the charge for the battery replacement was a bit much. I took it to a place that can install them for a much lower price.

Ashley is amazing! She went above and beyond to accommodate my insane schedule since I work full time and run a business. I felt no pressure from her and she was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I was however frustrated with how long, 2 hours!, I had to wait for finance. Ashley scheduled me at 5pm to pick up the car. She was extremely efficient with what she had to do and then I had to wait! I was under the impression with having an appointment it would go faster. Ralph was very quick once I got in there but 2 hours to wait was ridiculous. So grateful for Ashley!!

We came in a few days prior looking to test drive a CRV hybrid. The keys were given to us and we have our IDs and insurance. Then we were told go ahead, no time limit, no person from the dealership in the car. We didn’t get that treatment anywhere else. Leasing the car was easy and fast and we got our deal we wanted with barely any back and forth. Truly an amazing place and our sales agent was an amazing standup guy.

The collision center is horrible. Dropped my car off for repairs and was quoted 2-3 weeks finish time. It’s been 5. No communication to even update or inform me that it will take longer. It seems they do an estimate much lower than the actual cost of repairs. If they did more than just look at my car they might have gotten a much more accurate estimate. They have now cost me more than $500 in traveling because they didn’t keep their promise of finishing on time. Still no calls or messages even though I’ve called them multiple times. They have a warranty on the repairs but if their work is like their customer service I’m sure I will have to bring it back to have them fix the repairs they’re doing.

It was honestly the perfect car buying experience and all of my expectations were exceeded! Emilio, Shane, and Justin made the process very easy - I didn’t feel any pressure and they were a pleasure to work with. The whole experience only took about 2 hours which was a big relief considering the last car I bought took over 5 hours to get sorted out. I will certainly be recommending Holman to anyone on the market for a Honda because their people were so great.

My service tech Eric was extremely helpful professional and just genuine and kind! I appreciated all of his help and answering my extra questions! My husband and I to go to another Honda dealer for service for about 10 years but their service tanked hard. We moved our service to Kuni/Holman and have had nothing but great experiences here! Thanks so much for being a solid place to go and feel comfortable taking our vehicles!

Great service. I felt like Kylie took the time to listen to my issue and ensure it was properly addressed. She also checked into recalls - thanks for that - and didn't try to run up my bill with additional items (sadly, I've had that issue before at another dealership where they recommended a fuel injector cleaning at 5k miles). As usual, great work by the team.

I worked with Ashley. She was terrific... not pushy, knowledgable, easy to work with, and listened to my needs. She made buying a car easy and seamless. I would give her high marks. I love my new car! Thank you.

Someone met me immediately in the service bay even though I’m sure it was lunchtime. Eric was very helpful, explained things well and was very professional. Your text app is a little slow, I didn’t get the notice that my car was ready until after Eric had already come to get me and I was driving away

Awesome experience! This was my first time buying my car on my own and I truly felt listened to and valued through the whole experience. I worked with Jaden in sales and he was THE NICEST GUY. Made the whole process easy, fun, and relaxed. When my car had some minor issues that needed to be addressed after I purchased, Jared, head of the sales department was efficient and so kind. He made sure I was all set and everything was fixed. Eric , in the service department was the same way! Super helpful, kind, and transparent. I would definitely come back here to buy a car in the future and have already begun recommending this place to all my friends. Everyone I worked with here exceeded expectations and I’m so thankful!
