Xfinity Store by Comcast

Just bought a new phone there. They for some reason felt it necessary to download all the previous apps from my old phone on this new one. So I ended up waiting FOR A WHILE, and also turns out, it wasn't connected to a wi-fi. I did not have unlimited data turned on at that time. My bill ended up being $170. Waste of time and money.

Unfortunately I could not give zero stars. One star is one more star than they deserve. Went there today to get prepaid internet. They never heard of it. So I could not sign up for it. A bunch of guys standing around doing zero. With zero brains. Who knew nothing about the products offered. Waste of time. They should be trained

I absolutely enjoyed my visit ordered online for pickup when I arrived they greeted me at the front door and we're very prompt and helpful as soon as I explained why I was there.

Cristal was nothing short of exceptional in assisting me with an upgrade to a blazing-fast 2-gig internet connection! Her efficiency and professionalism shone through as she swiftly checked me in and facilitated the smooth return of my old equipment. We had them for almost 3 years at belmar. We never had any issues except one time. Customer service fixed my issue. It was great using them.

I only went in person to save the $15 shipping fee. I arrived 10 minutes after opening on a Saturday morning and it was already popping. I was pretty frustrated they didn't have separate lines for people just picking things up vs people with involved questions about service.

Great experience. There was a queue of 8. I was helped within 12 minutes. The man who helped me was awesome. I only wish the phone support was good as the in person support.

Due to a techs mistake i was without internet for 3 days. In the beginning they wanted to charge $100 to take a look at what the problem was. However, in the end they did not charge. Tbh, im not real pleased but what are our alternatives. They did give me a credit.

One of the worst experiences ever went in to change my location for Wi-Fi and the first time they failed and the second time same thing so I have paid and been sitting without internet for over three days. And the way the employees act are just rude like one name Romeo he had to been told an everything multiple times and still was no help. Please employ people who know what to do.

The worst ISP you can ever get. The customer service is sub par and will tell you your internet is running good even if you only get 1kbps. If you ask for just internet and TV after the introduction period your bill will skyrocket by 80% and I found that they will constantly add different packages to your bill with out contacting you, we got signed up for voice a year after we signed up for internet and TV only. A dirty billing company that cares nothing about the quality of what they provide.
