I had gone to this store at a different mall and because of the customer service there, was considering not giving them my business anymore. However, I love their clothes so I thought I would try the Southlands location and boy am I ever glad I did! The young lady that rang up my order was an absolute doll! She went out of her way to be friendly, kind, helpful, and welcoming. I wish I could remember her name so that she could get the recognition that she deserves. She truly saved me as a Victoria's Secret customsr. Because of her, I will still be shopping at the store, but only at this location. They also have a great selection here with a lot of really cute sale items to choose from.

5 months ago the store hours were wrong & they're still wrong now (showed up 8:07). Clearly not the only reviewer to bring this up. Love the location; fix the hours, so ppl don't waste their time.

Came by at 839 pm and the store was closed, even though the hours indicate open until 9pm. Upon closer look and recommendation to change the open hours, every day Monday-Thursday, the change was made to 8pm. However, when I checked before driving here, I only noticed Friday's hours. Please correct. Thank you.

Sales person hard to connect with multiple times as she was talking with other sales people. When measuring me, she told me my size that I found out later was a “sister size” because this VS store was out of my actual size and wanted to sell me something that didn’t fit. The sales person pushed me into buying online and ordered for me (eager to add her sales associate # to gain her commission). I agreed and asked that she make sure it was the same bra I wanted before I purchased. After she ensures me it was the correct item, she purchased the item online for me and then said, “if it’s not the same item when you receive it, that you can return it to any VS store.” I knew then I had been taken. Later, when I received the item, it was in fact not the same item I requested the sales associate purchase for me. And now almost $100 later for a bra I didn’t want in the first place, I’m writing this review. Victoria’s Secret sales people clearly act like cars salesman …in their best interest. Heads-up. If you didn’t already know.

I found the staff super helpful. I was looking to be sized post pregnancy and they helped me find the right size. The semi annual sale is the best time to go, great prices! Con: they have three registers and the store was very busy on new years day, only one register was open. They had multiple employees at the registers and a line but did not open another register.

Always staff are very nice and store is clean and neat.

One of the cashiers can't answer a single question, and also doesn't seem to follow posted pricing. One question asked- do you still do birthday gifts/coupons? She says, "I don't really know". Next question- so this says 50% off, is that off of the suggested price shown or off the other price on the sticker? She says, "I don't know". Then we do the 5 for $30 underwear sale, and they all ring up at $10.50 each and she says, "I don't know why it did that. If you buy them I can then refund $4". Um, what?

Had what my wife was looking for. The girl at the counter was very helpful.

The staff at this store is rude!!!! Not one employee spoke when we came in. While we shopped or even checked out. The cashier standing at the register had the nerve to call for someone else to ring us up. I'm happy it was my rewards money (that was going to expire) and not my own money. I will NOT shop there again.

The staff was helpful, but goodness the store was filthy. The floors looked like they hadn't been swept in months and there were hairballs and dust EVERYWHERE. Seriously, this may have been the dirtiest VS we've ever shopped in.
