Worst employee ever by the name of mora. My disabled brother in law and I were waiting for my sister to shop he's in a wheel chair. She asked us to leave the store because she believed we were going to drive customers away. Absolutely disrespect and uncalled for.

Not ok to have men who are working in the fitting rooms. Even of he's wearing a dress, which he was, it makes women feel uncomfortable. Guess it's true. Go woke, go broke. Won't be back.

First time shopping here for my wife. I clearly needed some help finding what I was looking for. Diana, one of the attendants, was extremely helpful. I found what I needed and I walked out a winner 🙌🏿😉

I needed a new bra and needed to be fitted. Never bought a bra from victorias secret before. Danielle and Lily were super helpful. I had a great experience. Their customer service was outstanding, and they really listened to what I was looking for and what hasn't worked for me. Great job! Thank you so much

If you like looking at half naked manequins, this is the place! Of course it was good, who doesn't like Victoria Secrets!?! Senior discounts is the only thing they are missing!

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Even other VS locations are run better than this one, and in general, their merchandise is way overpriced for what it is. Not to mention their customer service is INCREDIBLY lacking.

Tonight (3/23/21), I was very disappointed with the customer service at the register. Flatirons is my go to mall and I shop at this specific location quite often. The customer service from cashier #1826105 was very poor. I had a coupon that I wanted to use, but forgot it at home. I had my daughter send me a picture of the coupon front and back and when I went to the register I explained to the cashier my situation and she insisted more than one time that I needed to have the coupon physically. I asked her if she could enter it manually and in a nice way she refused to do it. She supposedly contacted the manager about my situation and even the manager insisted that I needed to have the coupon physically. She also said that she would try and enter the discount in a different way into the register but apparently it didn’t allow her to give me the discount. I was spending $280 (rounding cents) and I still had to go upstairs into the Pink store and make another purchase. I ended up paying the full amount. Then, I went upstairs into the Pink store explained my situation to two different gals up there and asked if they could help me out. The gal at the entrance didn’t really care to help me, but cashier #3241516 (Tiffany) was AMAZING!!! She apologized for going through the bad experience downstairs and she said she would definitely try and help me out. Tiffany took the receipt and manually entered the code to the coupon that I was trying to use and was able to refund me $54.08 to my VS credit card. I thanked her and complimented her for going above and beyond! I shop at both stores and spend quite a bit as I like to buy things for my mom, my daughter, and myself. Thanks again, Tiffany!!! Keep up the good work!

Waited 10 minutes for a fitting room for one bra and no one would help me even after I walked up to them and asked. Didn’t buy anything since I couldn’t get 30 seconds of their employees time in a slow store. Unusual considering they’re usually annoying and want to shove credit cards down your throat.

Cami is the only reason I come to this store. She consistently goes above and beyond. Her personality is delightful and just wonderful to be around. Came deserves a raise and kudos for all her joy, helpfulness and kindness.

I'm 61 and haven't had a new bra in 3 years. My boyfriend sent me a $200.00 birthday gift certificate and I wanted to burn it up! But I needed help. There was Tess who expertly sized me into the correct bra. So grateful for her help! Everyone was kind and friendly and made me feel comfortable. Erin also brought me different bras while Tess was busy helping other customers. I will go back for more girly goodies soon. My experience at this store was a pleasure!
