I called and asked when a fitting expert would be working. Alondra helped me find the right fit for my new 58 year old me! She was sweet, helpful and understanding. I never felt uncomfortable or judged by this pretty young woman. Thank you, I will be back!

Stopped in on a whim this afternoon, Makayla and Rilyee were great! I spent way more than I had planned, these ladies are wonderful at what they do 😆 Makayla was kind enough to size me, and it feels so much better wearing a bra that fits properly.

I’m not a fan of leaving negative reviews, however, today I was not given the customer service that a customer is warranted. I called to reserve an item for same day pickup (as instructed) however the person on the phone rudely said there are numerous sizes and styles and to just come in and pick it out myself. Customer service skills/better communication needs to be trained more proficiently. Needless to say, I found an adorable pj set on Amazon for much cheaper & the quality was great! Please work with staff on more customer service training.

I came in today and I was immediately approached by an employee. Super friendly but something felt super off. I had headphones in because I was listening to music and just wandering cuz I was waiting for a text response. I could tell the employees thought I was going to steal (probably due to the entire staff being Caucasian and I’m visibly hispanic). I was super uncomfortable and while I was browsing in the more expensive section picking something out I was approached by another employee and was followed a bit. I’ve worked in retail before I know that they think I’m stealing. I ask for help finding a pair of underwear and was asked to immediately check out after getting it. Avoid it. The loveland store is so much better.

Customer service charged me a late fee with interest after they made the mistake of charging me in store then my VS credit card for the exact same amount. When I called, they did adjust. But, apparently, they didn't adjust correctly because I'm getting another late charge for that same amount 3 months ago and now they say they can't credit me because they already credited me...

After two missed marks on fitting me correctly I was beyond pleased to get fitted by Tara today. She's the lingerie manager and did such a great job. She took the time to get me in the right size and type that worked for my needs. She was incredibly helpful and not pushy. Just informative. Seriously ask if she's working when you go in. I'll definitely shop with her again👍

I bought my wife a gift here and they gave me a free tote bag and blanket! Plus being a guy coming into Victoria's Secret is awkward for whatever reason but the staff were super helpful, nice, and welcoming.

The young ladies were very professional and attentive to my needs. The young lady stuck by side throughout my entire visit to help me find the perfect scents for my personality. She wasn't pushy and she listened to me! I will definitely shop there again!

They were very busy on black friday, and I was overwhelmed trying to decide on gifts because they also had and still have great deals going on. Well, by the time I got home, I ended up missing items I'd wanted, and with things I'd decided against, and a missing discount. I went back 3 days later and they were all super helpful and helped me fix everything!
