(Edited to state we were at the store on Saturday afternoon 6/11 in hopes that the staff working will be informed how grateful I am and how amazing they are!) The staff was extremely attentive yet not pushy at all. The young lady who helped me find my right bra size was efficient and her recommendations led to me to finding the most comfortable bras I've had in a few years. The sales person at the perfume station overheard my husband and I trying to remember what bottle we sprayed on a favored sample card. She volunteered to help us find it and within a few minutes found the exact bottle we wanted due to her fantastic knowledge of the current scents the store is carrying. Check out was fast and I love the free candle I received with my purchase. Having spent so long shopping "online" for most things during the pandemic lockdowns, I had forgotten how great the in-store shopping experience can be. (With the right staff) I walked into the mall dredding the shopping experience and I walked out with several purchases I love due to the experienced and incredibly helpful staff.

Staff was rude and lied saying they were closing in 2 mins but we went to the restroom and another store and on our way out 25 mins later people were shopping and being helped that were not Hispanic.

I had a super small issue at checkout, so I called the store and Katie Pavlic personally went out of her way to fix it for me. She's awesome!!!

First time in the store in years! Went for the 10 for $35 panty sale. While it was difficult finding what I wanted in medium, the sales associate (tall, long black hair) was extremely patient and helpful bringing me options from the back and answering my questions. I'm excited to wear my new undies!

The store was so overwhelming and disorganized. There was no staff to help out. Because of the disorganization I stood in line for 10 minutes.

I used to work at this location before the remodel and Im super jealous because now the store looks so good! Pretty similar to the cherry creek location. The girls are always helpful and so nice and I don’t feel like the hover over you while you shop like most stores. The store is clean, the dressing rooms are so cute and spacious.

The ladies that work here were so helpful and fantastic. They taught my mom had a midget herself, helped us look at different styles and sizes, and the girl checking us out was phenomenal! Great experience here good job store!

I believe the lady’s name was Ana she was super helpful and nice kept a smile on my face the whole time! I will continue shopping at this location specifically because of her good work ethic.

Today’s experience with the Colorado mills location store manager was absolutely amazing. She was such a delight. I went looking for bombshell beach and ended up walking out with 12 perfumes. I don’t live close what so ever but I will definitely drive an hour to give this store my business. To the store manager THANK YOU so much for your great customer service and your friendliness. You have a customer for life and not just during semi annual sale ;)

Had to get a new card, because the sales representative didn't know her companies policy. This is what happened, being I hadn't used my card in a year, the sales representative told me it was no longer valid. The policy is 2 years, she took both of my cards and with the application software not working I couldn't show them that my cards were still active, not only that I was going to purchase $541 worth of merchandise. Limit was $600, so after all of that Nonsense I suggested with their Cooperate office that they start having Training Programs every 6-9 months. Got a new card and plan on using it in the near future.😊 Course they saved me the $541 the female and I stopped seeing each other. Thanks VS
