Incredibly unprofessional and terrible mismanagement. Paperwork that was faxed by doc was missing - they told us they had not received it. We called the doc who confirmed they had sent it, and after digging through some papers at the front desk, the order was eventually found for our first appointment. Second appointment, same drill. They say they received no order. Our doctor confirms it was sent three weeks ago AND they will resend it (via fax from Massachusetts). Front desk says they have nothing and send us away with no lab work done. My mother-in-law has several chronic conditions and needs to be able to get the labs for her doc to track and advise on her health while she is staying with us. These are the same labs that were run on the first visit, and I see on the website that we could purchase them ourselves, but that option wasn’t even presented to us. I see in other reviews that there have been other patients whose lab orders were lost or not received due to a broken fax, so I don’t know how they can simply turn away someone for missing orders when they clearly have a record of losing orders. No appointments available for another two weeks. They are so busy that people are waiting an hour or two, but they will waste time turning away a patient with an appointment because of missing paperwork without calling first. This seems terribly inefficient and potentially dangerous for a patient. We could have saved them and ourselves time if we had heard from the labs that they did not have the orders. And we DID call the doctor a few days in advance to confirm that the order had been sent. Or they could have asked us if we wanted to buy the needed lab work out of pocket. Now I’m stressing over a diabetic with heart and kidney issues not being able to get needed health information to her doctor. As an added bonus, the front desk personnel barely made any effort and were very dismissive.

My company uses Labcorp for an annual screening, so unfortunately, I am stuck with an annual wait. My personal choice is Quest Diagnostics across the street. Labcorp is always a ridiculously long wait (sat for over an hour once), after a fast and with an appointment. Quest usually sees me within 5 mins of arrival and I'm in and out. This is a MANAGEMENT issue. Someone needs to reassess the processes and operations at this location.

Covid Super Spreader event. Wear an N95 mask. Staff were great but OMG small waiting area full of people spilling out into the hallway. Bad bad situation. I tested positive 4 days after.

AWFUL. What should have taken 10 minutes took TWO HOURS. I went for fasting bloodwork, had an appointment for 12pm. After checking in online in the parking lot, I went upstairs and no one was at the front desk and the waiting room was full. I tried to check in again on the kiosks but I was already checked in, so I was supposed to wait for a text message. At 1:30pm, with no text message, I went back in to talk to the girl at the front desk who wasn't rude but wasn't particularly nice either. She did apologize, but it was still another half hour until my blood was drawn by the same girl at the front desk. I hadn't planned to be away from work for over TWO HOURS when I had an appointment. I get that mistakes happen, but come on. I hope I never have to come back and I hope they improve the patient experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. I am a very, very difficult stick and I needed 9 tubes of blood. They were calm, methodical and successful! I understand that people have busy lives but some people take much longer than others and it is beyond the employees control.

Took my 88 yr. old mother here for a blood test last year. Paperwork was lost twice. Took her back this year (visiting us) with same doctor's orders. Receptionist was SUPER RUDE to her and said she needed different paperwork. Mom replied that this was the paperwork she provided (and they accepted) last year and the receptionist said, "Well....this isn't last year." Super rude office staff to all patients as I witnessed from the waiting room. Choose another lab.

I have had a great experience every time that I've had my blood drawn at this Labcorp location, which is why I'm surprised at the bad reviews. (I've been there 8 times in the past year). Alicia is always kind, even though she's busy. My wait time is short even though I don't make an appointment. Normally, the waiting room is busy, but, as I said, Alicia gets me out in a timely manner.

Their fax machine has been broken for over a month, meaning doctors orders don’t make it. And they don’t support doctors emailing orders because it isn’t secure enough. That leaves phone, which some doctors can’t do. How a company can just leave a primary piece of equipment broken for a month and a half is beyond me. The hours are also wrong. The hours online say they close at 4:00, but their door now says 3:30.

Unbelievable wait times. Every. Single. Time. >45 min wait past a *scheduled appontment*. Frustrated and angry patients filling hallway, overflow and waiting rooms. Most pts with appts waited over 45-60 min to be taken back. I feel for the phlebotomists, as this is clearly an issue that needs to be addressed by labcorp. Every location I have had to use has been like this for the past year. Do better, Labcorp.

for some reason appointments are not available until a week out. I contacted a manager and sent an email. He could not even bother to answer two direct questions, just like these same lame responses on this site. Given the high cost they charge, one would think they could do a better job. Are we still blaming Covid for staffing issues? since I coul not get an appointment within a week ,I walked in to be told an hour wait. I wated over an hour and was told it would be another 45 minutes! I left.
