I’ve had horrible experiences with this LabCorp. Most recently, the tech drawing my blood crossed out a bunch of lines on the lab order with a sharpie for unknown reasons. I had to stop taking my medications for a few days before these tests for accurate readings, which makes me very sick. Even though they assured me everything would be fine, the tests were not performed and I am not able to stop medication again in order to have them performed, which has caused an indefinite delay in me receiving a proper diagnosis. Every time I’ve been to this location, the people working there openly and loudly complain about how much they hate their jobs, and how they’re ready to retire. It’s stressful to hear that when they’re about to stick a needle in your arm, and even worse when you find out that they discarded your samples without running any of the tests your doctor ordered. The people here have made major, completely preventable mistakes and have no regard for their patients’ physical or mental well-being.
Place is trash, go on their website to order a blood test, it has me go through the process of setting up an appointment for it, then when I show up they tell me they can't take my blood without an order which LabCorp never tells you about. Then the people behind the counter just say sorry can't help. No resources on where to go get the order or anything, just sorry you wasted your time have a nice day

Set up a payment plan after being billed due to pregnancy. Every month I would get a letter in the mail saying payment overdue. Called in several times to fix it. Never was resolved. Ended up just paying it all up front so I could be done dealing with them. Beyond frustrated with this company. I do not recommend working with them.
My visit to Labcorp was a very positive experience, reception was professional and the check in process through the kiosk was easy. The lab was already taking care of clients ahead of me, I was still processed in a timely manner. The staff member that handle my pre-employment drug screen was very professional, upbeat and friendly, answered my questions and she even made me laugh Thank you very much!
I went there to get couple of labs for my job onboarding. One of the people in the front was rude to the person before me and was not nice to me. They have difficulty collecting blood work then a week after they collect it I receive notification that they collect it in wrong tube so it have to be repeated 👎
Took a COVID PCR test at a Walgreens on Monday 3/13/23 and was guaranteed results in 48 hours. I called Walgreens on Wednesday the 15th checking on the test result and was told LabCorp hadn't even picked it up from the facility. 3 days later on Saturday, 5 days after testing, I finally received my result.
one of the technicians said something racist to me and then when she tried taking my blood she had to try 3 different times before asking for help. highly disappointed. came back for a drug test and she was there again. she had no idea what she was doing either. thankfully someone else helped me. will be asking for a different technician if she is there.
Fermin, he was awesome! Super helpful and comforting, I typically pass out which I informed him. He knew what he needed to do to ensure I was safe and made it painless and fast. Definitely will go and ask for him again with my next labs. Thank you!
The hours are a lie. They're open from 7-3 and there's nowhere detailing that they only do drug tests from 8-2. I'm sitting for over an hour while 4 nurses(?) Visit behind the desk laughing with nobody else coming in... Edit: I would like to note, I am at fault - I did not simply ask if they could admit me sooner. This team did great. I walked in without an appointment since I was in the area and they were able to move through the patients pretty quickly. Check in was easy and Stacy stuck me and made it quick and easy. She was very friendly and I would honestly recommend this location even with the negative reviews. Keep up the great work.
