I came here around 3:30 pm, it was relatively empty and I barely had to wait. The check in process was smooth and quick. The tech who drew my blood was very kind and friendly, which made the experience comfortable. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

The tech who had to draw my blood, David made me feel so comfortable through my 7 tubes I had to draw. I normally have horrible veins and is the most nerve racking experience but he was by far the kindest and most accurate I’ve had in my life. Thank you

Front desk friendly and inviting. Victoria took my blood and I didn’t feel a thing. She was great. I would highly Recommend this facility.

Horrible customer service. Definitely estimate waiting their for an hour or more. I had a little baby with me and they didn't even have me on the wait list. Even after sending a text it took me 2 mins to get back inside they said they just assumed I left? When I talked to a different lady and she didn't even know I was there. No direction just fyi you have to check in on the tablet. I would just recommend going to a labcorp that's a little father then wasting your time at this location. Last time I went here they burned my arm really bad too. Oh ya and I still dodnt even get seen I just had to leave and go to a different one. There's nowhere close to enough seats in waiting room I had to take my baby on a walk outside

I arrived at 9:50 and at first it was going okay. I understood there was a little of a back up but it started becoming a problem when it's been past TWO HOURS and everyone who appeared after I got here was being seen FIRST and the only excuse I get "we only have two people doing everything" but seriously?? You guys seen everybody else that came after me. Really ridiculous, unprofessional, and slow. Very unsatisfied with this LabCorp. If you have all the time in the world then you can come here I guess. Other than that props to Angelica who was the only helpful and nice one. 5 stars to her.

The older woman at the front desk was so rude. How did she even get the job? She whispered names and then got mad when noone could hear her. Everyone in the lobby was laughing at the situation. She really needs to be fired. That is just one example. Too many to list here.

Let me ask what is the point of having an appointment if you guys don't stick to the appt time. Waiting over 30 min past appt and at time of writing still have yet to be seen. Called but had to leave message perhaps do away with appointments if you can't stick to them. Recommend going to other locations this place clearly can't handle volume.

Great phlebotomist and a short wait with an appointment. Very professional even with exceedingly rude and demanding patrons. Managed to get several vials of blood on the first try, which is not always the case. Walk ins do wait for quite some time.

I’ve had blood drawn at this location several times, and the employees are great … professional and knowledgeable. BUT, if you receive a bill from Labcorp, DO NOT PAY until you’re absolutely sure the amount is correct and that you in fact owe them. Labcorp has sat on $172 that I overpaid in October 2022 despite repeated inquiries and requests for reimbursement.

Not enough parking. Line and wait is almost 2 hours with most people standing because not enough seats. The check in is by a computer screen so you better have all you information to type in.
