Labcorp

I'm not sure why this location has a low rating. I think it's because not enough people take the time to leave a positive review. Also, with these types of tests , there can often be long wait times or rules surrounding getting the tests. I've been using Labcorp for many years. I appreciate the online scheduling system to reduce wait time. Also, I appreciate the quick checkin with the email QR code. This was my first visit to this location, and the two people working were very friendly and helpful. I even witnessed them going out of their way to try and accommodate a customer. I had a great experience at this location.

Not good. They have a self service computer instead of a receptionist. If you have any issues with that, good luck. Had to grab the door when someone was coming out so I could yell back to the staff. It was fantastically chaotic behind the scene. Have waited for days with no results on a test that UC Health would be done with in a few hours. Not sure I trust the results anyway. I will never go here again.

I was worried when I saw the reviews. But check in was easy. The front desk was helpful. I used the check in option and stayed in my car until they texted me. My veins are hard to find and he did it the first time and I couldn’t feel it.

I showed up before their closing hours and nobody was here. I talked to a employee from another company in the building and they leave A hour before what they post online

Left work early to get my blood test, got there a before 4:00 and despite google saying they are open until 4:30 no one was there and the doors were locked. Extremely unprofessional. Looks like past reviews state the same, meaning they are aware the hours are wrong and just don’t care.

Front desk lady was really nice and sweet. I don’t where where the reviews said front seat was rude. Don’t leave bad comments of you are the one having a bad day.

Incredible lab. Very clean. Arrived at 7:30 am with no appointment for blood draw. Was seen in 5 minutes. The phlebotomist is very experienced and skilled. Highly recommend this location!

We went in without an appointment at 2pm on a Thursday, we waited only 20 minutes. They were able to draw for some very odd tests. The Phlebotomist, Reina, was REALLY skilled and it was painless!

Had a very pleasant experience. Went in with no appointment in the early morning, they took my info and got me in quickly. I had to get blood drawn. Front desk lady was pleasant and fun. The doctor did an amazing job, as very few people have been able to poke my veins, he did in the first try. First good experience with being poked with a needle.

Hours of service are "wrong" on the website, Google and their voice recording. Staff not accommodating when I arrived during operating hours and said they closed at 4.
