My Mom shops here for incontinence pads. Good prices. Employees are always pleasant. Went in today to get some more packages. John was very helpful. We didn't see what we usually buy on the shelf. He checked in their stockroom. Found a box of the ones she wanted. Thank you John!

We are very happy with the service provided by Atlantic Healthcare Products. They came within 24 hours to repair my parents lift chair. Wilson is a wonderful asset and they should be happy he is an employee! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix the chair within 20 minutes!! We are extremely pleased as we thought we might have to replace the chair which would have been costly but thanks to Wilson it is repaired for a minimal cost and in working order! My father who is laid up with sciatica is very pleased to have the chair working!

I bought a Lifestyle Rollator and was very happy with the professional service of this store. Everybody is very nice and helpful. They stand behind their products and if there are issues they fix them immediately. After more than one year the break line on my rollator broke. Their employee, John was very, very helpful and replaced the break line for a very reasonable service fee. I could not be happier with their service. I highly recommend Atlantic Healthcare Products.

Admitting you need help is the first step in maintaining your independence with the ultimate goal of remaining in your own home. Not happy. They wouldn’t except my drs script for a walker for my up coming surgery, even if they did I would have to wait over an hour for them to process it. My time is precious. I paid out of pocket. I checked Amazon when I got home, as much as I want to support local business, everything is a lot cheaper on Amazon. Lesson learned.

I have use this place two times and both times the service was amazing yesterday they sent a driver to Terrell to pick up the merchandise and I live on the second floor he was so accommodating, Helpful he even help me push my furniture back where it needed to be. Also Marie in the Boynton store also very sweet helped me both times for what I needed this place is definitely a place to use if you need DME equipment

Noel was extremely friendly and patient from the start. He explained the differences between brands of the 2 products that I had to buy with patience and personality! He helped me select the specific ones that would be best for me to install in my mom’s house. Noel made me feel that I had bought the right products for our needs. Definitely a great experience.
