I was looking for a laptop. John, the store manager was incredibly helpful and personable , quick and knowledgeable. This guy was professional! I got the last display model, originally around $700.00. It was on clearance for $449.00. He took another 10% off. Out the door for $438, with tax! While he disconnected the display, he told me all about it and that the built in Microsoft windows alone was worth it. Check out was fast and easy with a very friendly Dimitri assisting me. A truly satisfying experience!!!

Dennis at the register, was polite, and asked to be sure that I found everything that I came in for. He had a smile on his face, and was very professional and pleasant.. Manager Bryan assisted me in getting a 20 page fax document to successfully get it done and help me in restarting the machine two more times until I was able to get the full project completed

I wasn’t sure what I was looking for or needed. A member of the team helped me find what he thought I was asking for. Voilà! He found what I needed quickly. I had a very positive experience in the store today. Store was nice and clean!

Jonathan was awesome!! He made the transaction fun, he knew what he was doing and stayed upbeat and fast. I definitely will be coming back and recommending to a friend.

Went to this store for a basic job (wire binding) after waiting about 25 minutes, I was asked if I had checked in. This was my first time going to this store for such a service and will be my last time. There was NO sign that I needed to check in. My time was 100 percent wasted.

Worst customer service, printing department passed me off twice because no one knew what they were doing. Never will be back. I can see why this places locations are going out of business.

The Gentelman in the Office department was very helpful. The service desk associate was ok, but was not familiar with where to find items in the store.

Every associate asked if I needed help with anything. And my checkout sales person. Demetri, was very delightful, helpful, and professional!
