Office Depot

This Office Depot has the friendliest, most helpful and professional employees! We've been helped by Grady in the past, but last week we had an interaction with Jesus in the print center. We were in a hurry to get to the international license plate meet, and needed a large size poster of the collection to take with us. Jesus was extremely nice and helped us in a very efficient manner. He's a great guy with a great smile, and knows his business. Office Depot has a genuinely valuable employee in Jesus and we wanted to recognize his efforts. Thanks so much, we'll be back!

Jacob & Grady over at the service & printing department were outstanding. Such wonderful people with such great attitudes! Their positive and friendly demeanor was contagious- brought a smile to my face and warmth to my heart. Also, the products I came in to get cut were perfectly done! Thank you guys!

Exceptional customer service!!! I talked to 3 different people in the store and all three were very nice. Plus, they priced matched Walmart store prices on printer ink cartridges. They said they would price match any store if it's lower than their prices on all products. No hassle either. It's worth going to this store. I'll definitely be returning.

Jacob at the service counter is great. I wasn't really sure of what I wanted, or needed. Just knew I needed photos developed. Jacob was very patient and courteous to my indecisiveness. I didn't catch the other guy's name, but he was very professional as well. Great staff you have at that location. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Jacob and Grady make a great team in the print shop. They helped us out with a rush order and had fun doing it. All around pleasant experience.

Friendly, courteous employees. I went to buy a toner cartridge - it was a bit expensive but very easy to find. Checkout was quick and efficient. I like the option to get just an e-mail receipt which OD offers.

Outstanding customer service at this location! Shanna was extremely helpful to me, answering my questions and assisting me with sending a fax. I highly recommend this Office Depot location to anyone looking for quality service and a friendly staff.

I echo the sentiments of other reviews. The employees are excellent. I was helped by Chris, and a lady whose name I didn't catch. I had a deadline and needed documents printed to meet it. They helped me after I placed the order online, making sure I got the documents delivered to me on time. They also hole punched them to my exact specs. I also requested that some folders I bought, get trimmed with their paper cutter before sending them to me. Chris did so, and they looked great. He didn't have to do that, but did it as a courtesy to help me. I made my deadline thanks to these people. I don't know what I would have done otherwise. They went above and beyond.

I had such a great experience last night. I was greeted at the door by a young man who radioed to get the person who could help me best before I was 5 feet in the store. I met "Brady" (Mike Brady) who then provided the best customer experience. I felt like I was hanging out with friends while getting great service. Thank you!!

When the store didn't have enough of the product I wanted, the store associate helped me to order the ones I needed online. No shipping expense and they arrived three or four days later.
