Quinn in the copy and print is amazing! I needed a document from 3 months ago and she was able to find it. Super friendly, helpful and understanding about whole situation. Great employee Thank you Quinn if you read this it worked and you rock!!!
Zach & another employee at the printing & services desk were absolutely outstanding in helping me with a project for my wedding. We had a few hiccups with equipment issues (cutting) but they were very communicative and even helped me find alternative solutions! He went above and beyond! They were all so very nice!

I've always had a good experience with this Staples. From ordering my Notary stamp to printing off documents. This morning was exceptionally great! I was there first thing in the morning along with a rush of people. The two people working in the print area were multitasking like crazy, acknowledged every costumer and had friendly/positive attitudes. I was very greatful for the amazing and fast costumer service !
Absolutely Inexcusable: I needed a meter stick so my daughter could complete a summer school Physics project. Now, I realized that meter sticks are an unusual item here in the United States, so I began calling stores. The first two stores I called checked and told me, “No, we don’t have them.” I called the Staples on 120th in Westminister. I was immediately told, “Yes, we have them.” This surprised me, so I asked, “Can you please check your physical inventory? It’s an unusual item, and I’ll have to drive half an hour to get there. I was put on hold for less than 30 seconds. “Oh yes, we have them.” “Could you please do a physical inventory?” “I don’t need to, I talked to our product manager, and she guarantees we have them. I arrived at the store, and there were no meter sticks that I could find. So I asked the clerk who was sitting at the print desk with his feet up, doing nothing. He told me where to look. NOTHING! I return to the desk and voiced my complaint. The guy smirked and said, “ I guess we don’t have them.” I was unhappy and explained, “I called and asked the associate three times to do an actual physical inventory! I was assured that you did have them. And now I find out you don’t have them?!? He half-laughed and shrugged, “That’s not our problem.” I will never shop at Stables again!
I came in to get a couple things printed from the print shop on a day that is was slow. I was charged a $8 (Express Guarantee Fee) that was 1/3rd the cost of my printed pages. The only explanation I got was that made sure I got the request before noon. Mind you they were no busy at all. Also why was that not relayed to me when ordering. Very deceitful practices.
Really outstanding customer service. Zach in print services caught an error before printing, helped me fix it, and helped get it done before deadline. This is what I experience all the time when I buy from them. REALLY friendly and helpful every time. Thank you.
Bad bad bad. Employees standing around talking with each other. Then after asking for help, i needed coping papers. No time till August. Went to fed ex and they had it done in 5 minutes. I will not return to this store again.
I had purchased some phone accessories in preparation to work from home. Staples had had a great selection. However, everything I bought was not compatible with anything I had! I had spent quite a few dollars and was panicking at the financial loss. I called the store and explained. Tim Anderson listened and asked questions. He was so patient and went above and beyond. With, of course, the assistance of store manager, Tim Bradley. I was pleased with the outcome. I was more impressed with their kind nature. I will forever go to THIS store for any future needs!
Zach with printing refused to print 3 pages 25 minutes prior to closing. Not customer minded, couldn’t offer an explanation or a solution when expressed the urgency, more concerned about leaving for the day.
The staff is friendly, but they're obviously being pressured by the store to hard sell protection plans - not only for big 100$+ items but also for small 30$+ items. This is so irritating when you just want to buy things and be left alone that I try to avoid this store, when I otherwise would not.
