Just want to give 2 thumbs up to Ethan in the print department. I asked for reproductions of some papers with little colored graphics in the corners. The job came out perfectly! It is hard to distinguish the original from the copies. THANK YOU SO MUCH ETHAN.... for your craftsmanship and positive attitude.
Ethan was outstanding in helping us print our project. He was also very personable.
Bad customer service, lack of knowledge with shipping fedex, took me 1 1/2 hr for nothing because clerks don’t know what they’re doing , can’t log in, don’t know what button to click, even asked me to enter all the datas twice w/c end up 2 labels to print, lazy because clerk should be the one to enter all the datas, they high 5 after I turned my back & giggle w/c was annoying & insulting, left without accomplishing ship with fedex.

It’s a huge inconvenience now that OfffiveMax won’t print your print job until you get in the store….larger sets of blue prints taker time. I don’t want to make two trips…have your blue prints..printed somewhere else!!!!!!!

DO NOT EVER SHIP A PACKAGE FROM HERE!!! They shipped my package and put themselves (OfficeMax) as the shipper. My package which was important to get there on time is over 2 weeks in limbo. Needless to say this is pretty ridiculous and I can't even rectify it with FedEx because they put themselves as the shipper instead of me. Promised it would be delivered yesterday and still not here. Not great with communication and follow up. They haven't even given me a refund and I paid for expedited shipping. Never again OfficeMax never again. PS the reason this all happened was because their employees didn't know that shipping FedEx home made it impossible to be delivered to a PO box and also store employees should not be putting the store as the shipper they should be using the customer information. I normally don't like to do negative reviews but this one was warranted.
I stopped in today to get a flier printed out. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was able to get everything I needed on the spot. - I will be coming back to this location for any future printing needs. Thanks Kevin!
I used Office Depot/Max Arvada location for printing services (200+ postcards) and I am very satisfied with the beautiful work and wonderful customer service. Scarlett at the printing center took great care of me. Her service was professional, kind, and fast. THANK YOU!
