I was looking for a tan color chair and they don't have it at the store. It is also not available online. They said they don't have a way to check out the store inventory in Longmont location. They told me that I had to call them myself. Later I was told by the worker at Longmont telling me that there is way to check out inventory at the other store location. After the purchase of a tan chair at the Longmont, I noticed that the padding in the chair seat was uneven and cause my body position leaning toward the right side. I kept everything in the plastic bags and in the box just like how they were packed originally with all package material in the right place. I returned it at Boulder location. The worker who processed the return was very mean and rude. His expression changed to very angry as soon as I told him that it was a return, not a purchase. When I explained to him why. He interrupted me and told me that he did not need to know why. He threw the arms of the chair into the cart with force and did not even care if it would cause damage to the parts. I tried to tell him he dropped one of carboard and he ignored me. The return was due to a product defect. I should not have to deal with all the hassle. The return experience was so horrible that I would not want to step into that store again.

I went in to do all of my wedding day printing and had a lot of questions on how to best print my things, and the guy behind the counter seemed both annoyed that I was there and annoyed by my questions. He seemed very unwilling to suggest solutions. Ultimately I did not feel comfortable that my project would be completed properly and chose to find another printer.

What a great staples! We were able to find all of our back to school supplies for our young ones in whatever color they wanted. The toilet paper with personality was amusing, definitely brightened our day up! Also was able to find a nice comfortsble office chair for our new office. It helps to be comfortable!!

This is a great store if you’re in need of office and/or school supplies. Everything I feel like is reasonably priced, and they also provide a wide range of services such as mailing and printing services.

I didn't expect to be impressed by my shipping and printing errand, but here we are. I usually go to UPS or FedEx and they can be hit-or-miss so I had low expectations trying to knock this out 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close. The woman in the print & ship department was friendly, helpful, and efficient getting my Happy Return processed. She directed me to the self-print as the cheapest option and I inwardly groaned because navigating the computers at the aforementioned companies requires patience - to log in, figure out how to upload a document, pay, and print. I am glad to say that Staples by far has the quickest and easiest option of the 3! I can't speak to anything else in the store, but I wanted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience in case it helps others.

Pierce from the printing department went above and beyond to help me with my grandmother's memorial cards. I had originally planned to print them two to a postcard and cut them myself, but Pierce called and offered to cut them and make sure they were nice and centered. This gesture meant so much and the cards turned out so beautiful. Thank you Pierce!

I was stopped at the door by staff member and asked what I needed. I had a list of items, the guy heard the first 2 items and said they don't have it and was standing in my way. Didn't even care to hear the rest of the list which included printer ink and paper. The guy just didn't want me in the store. I like to think the color of my skin has nothing to do with it, but I know it did. I am glad we have Amazon! I am sure Amazon will eventually gobble up all of these outdated retail stores, and they should!

Every time when I go there I receive an awful customer service, but this time was a total disaster! The person who took our order, was extremely rude and he didn't look like he wants to help us at all. The way he treated us was disgusting!!!!!!!!!!! Managers, owners DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

I would like to point out that I had absolutely no problem with the employee the other reviewer was ranting about. Adrian is one of the kindest and sweetest cashiers I have ever had the pleasure to meet and I APPLAUD Staples for hiring her. If you do a little digging, you’ll notice that both of those bad reviews were made by the same person on different accounts. Also, as a former retail manager, it’s doubtful that a cashier would be trained to do the copy center. I also think that it shows a strong lack of morals to out someone, and use their name, on two different accounts. I had a fantastic experience at this Boulder store.
