Office Depot

Office Depot has fair prices, good variety of merchandise, and very helpful sales people. I called to see if they had a particular laser printer. The person I talked to verified that they had it, then put it on "hold" for the day so it would be sure to be there when I arrived. Great service!

Olivia was wonderful! I went into the store to purchase printer ink. There was a discrepancy in price as advertised online vs in store by over $10.00. I brought it to her attention at the register and she quickly price matched the price online.

How do I give Offive Depot in general a 0? Went to the Lakewood store and they were decent. I ordered a desk and they said it'd be delivered that Friday. So I blocked my day off. They never showed. So I called and they said they'd be there Monday. They never showed. 3 times this happened before it showed up. The guy who delivered it wouldn't walk it up to my porch (which I was told they would). He left it by my garage and it fell over and broke. Now let's talk about the return process. Same thing only they didn't show for 2 weeks to come pick it up. Now it's been over a week and I have yet to get a refund. I know that other places might be a bit pricier, but spend the money. Get a better desk that you don't have to put together and better customer service. Will NEVER go back here!

Had a great experience looking for a printer. I was one step in the store and I was greeted to the store. I made my way to the printers, where within seconds, someone was able to share their knowledge so that I may make an educated decision. The person at the checkout was very helpful when he got the printer from the back.

went to get some copies made and laminated, was greeted by an older lady and told me where to go to get the copies. Went to the copy desk and waited, and waited for around 20 mins for someone to come and assist me. I got tired of waiting and went back to the lady who then tells me oh it's self service 🙄 so I tell her I need things laminated, and then tells me oh ok well the person is at lunch so I asked how much longer until they come back and she says about 30 mins🙄 so I'm thinking to myself I just stood over there for 20 minutes so this person what gets an hour lunch?.. and there's literally no staff besides her that I could see🤔 there were people waiting in line to check out with no help cause she's too busy putting things on the shelf and not paying attention, and a guy had to say something just to get help to check out. The lady was nice but not helpful or knowledgeable to give customers the right information or help at all.. I ended up putting down what I was going to pay for in a random place because I was frustrated and went to another location. If you don't have the staff to run a store of that size then it needs to be closed. It was extremely frustrating having wasted so much time and been given the wrong information from the very beginning and not told that the person that works in the copy and printing department there will be on lunch break for the next few days 🤦‍♀️ will not be returning to this location

Amber is always very helpful when I come in and if something needs to be fixed she always happily fixes it!! Thank you so much for all you do!

This is a very nice Office Depot store in Lakewood. Amber, the manager, is terrific. Also, I found that Office Depot, in general, has extremely polite and professional employees.

The woman at checkout, whose name is Sonia, was helpful, efficient and friendly. It's hard to get employees who want to work since COVID, let alone good employees. Additionally, it was gratifying to encounter this level professionalism knowing how Denver, CO has changed for the worse over the last 10 years.

I am new to this location and it was my first time walking in to office depot. Sonia greeted me with a big smile and she was kind enough to show me the stuff I was looking for. I am leaving 5 star review for Sonia . Excellent customer service .

Both Mario and Jacob went above the expectations in getting 22 inch square quilting templates made for me. Not only were the copies done with high quality paper but they were also laminated. I appreciate their individual attention to this request.
