I am a longtime customer of this location (over 20+ years). This location is now under new management (in recent months). I have always received great service at Jiffy Lube, which has kept me coming back. That said, my recent visit, my first visit with new ownership, was exceptional. This team is dedicated to ensuring you feel as though your vehicle is the only one they are working on. They prioritize efficiency, effectiveness and quality. They are clearly committed to both customer service and doing their jobs with accuracy. They are incredibly knowledgeable, and exceeded all expectations. 5-star+ experience! Thank you!

I’m still a little stunned at my experience at the Loveland Jiffy Lube yesterday. I finally took my car in for an oil change, after 15 months, and while I was waiting, the manager, Rainey, came in from the bay area carrying my dipstick to show me my oil. She said that it was still perfectly clean, and that I didn’t need an oil change! I told her it’s been 15 months since my last oil change, and she said, “But you’ve only driven 2000 miles.” She said they could change it for me if I wanted, or they could just top off my fluids. I said, “Top off the fluids so you can at least make a little money.” She said, “Oh, we don’t charge for that.” So…I hardly know what to say. This is customer service above and beyond! They cared enough to look at my maintenance record and my actual oil before just changing it automatically. And then they cared enough to tell me the truth, even though they didn’t get any business from me this time. You can be sure they will get mine and as much as I can send their way in the future. Honesty and integrity are such rare qualities, both in businesses and people. I would think a business which is honest in one area is probably going to be trustworthy for other things too.

Fantastic service!!!! Went in for brake replacement, was very surprised of how great this location was, they got it done really quick, my brakes are back working and sounding perfect. I am so grateful to find this hidden gem near me. thank you so much!!

I took my car there a month or so, and it was good service but my car left leaking oil. I drove it 300 miles home for an emergency same day unaware till I arrived. I then brought back my car and was told there was no issue with the oil filter or oil cap. I then have had to take my car to a mechanic for other issues and let them know about the leaking oil. The mechanic that looked at the car said the oil filter was not on correctly and missing the rubber gasket. Do not go here the management also told us that it was not their fault and they were wrong. They have no care to try to fix or refund. I wouldn't go to jiffy lube in Loveland!

Worst customer experience ever. I went there twice to ask about their AC recharge services. The first time was in the middle of the day on a Friday and they were "Open" but the doors were locked and no one was there, around 11 AM. I went back today and was told by the person who came up to my car "let me stop you right there and save you some time." He told me that they don't work on my brand of car. I told him that they have before and I was interested in ... he interrupted me and went on about how he can't get an oil filter for my car... which was not the reason I was there in the first place. Apparently they can't do any of the services advertised on their website if you have the wrong brand of car. Maybe they should put that on their website too. He was so rude, even when I told him I was not there for an oil change. I have a hunch that they just didn't want to take any more vehicles/answer any questions within an hour of closing, but since when does a business turn customers away before they have a chance to ask a question/even get in the door? It's not the only car I need serviced, but I will never go there again.

They took me in right away, worked diligently to get the job done, explained everything clearly, and did the job in a timely manner. They did not stop at closing time. (I needed to get to work!) They stayed a bit longer and got the job done.

Usually good service at Jiffy Lube in Ft Collins, but the boy checking me in today in Loveland on Eisenhower was trying to tell me the cost, "unless it goes over 5liters, then it's additional $10.99." I said that's never happened & shouldn't on my car. He continued to assure me he's seen 5.2l sometimes 5.7 liters on Corollas. So I walked out because max capacity in my Corolla is 4.4l & I don't appreciate being oversold.

Service was quick and efficient with one exception. Tire air pressure was marked "complete ". TMS indicator was on when I arrived and remained on when I left. I drove a mile to Discount Tire. They actual put air in all 4 tires that ranged from 3 to 6 psi low. Indicator went off by the time I drove out of their lot. If you state work is complete at least do it. Marking it complete on paper isn't sufficient. Price should be posted openly, not just on a rotating TV screen inside the waiting room. Post them on this modern thing called interweb where potential customers can find them. From your prices you're obviously proud of them, so make them easy to find.

Great service. When the parts on hand weren't working correctly they reached out to the dealership to get the right ones instead of forcing it or leaving the job half done. Despite being busy and having to wait on the part the teamed work fast. Everyone was keeping busy and productive.

super bummed at my experience today. Weren't open at 8:20 (guy said not enough employees were there ) and when I came back at 9:30, they unlocked the front door after letting me in through the garage. They WERE polite, but the bill was almost double what I normally pay ( no added services) , the lobby dirty, and my car wasn't vacuumed as has been the normal custom. Seems to be under new mgmt and was not my normal experience.
