I had to get back on here again so give a Shout out to Joey and his crew at jiffy lube at 73rd and Sheridan location. I've been dealing with jiffy lube for all my oil changes and minor car needs and these guys took care of my car. Thanks again for great customer service

Man these guys are awesome. Needed a scan and they we able to scan it and told me to come back the next day. When I pulled out my serpentine belt broke and they were doing everything they could to help get it fixed. They didn’t gave the tools needed but said I could rent the tools and they would use them to fix my problem. Even recommended where to get them. They really went above and beyond to get me taken care of.

I went into this jiffy lube last minute as my truck said I was over due. After speaking with associate Joey P i decided to go with OEM oil for my truck. He took the time to get the proper oil and filter for my truck as he did not have them in store. After checking over my vehicle he explained a couple other issues that were outstanding. I gladly got them fixed. Joey was very helpful and I did not feel over sold in any way. As he explained some things could have been fixed but did not need immediate attention. I am very grateful for all the staff .

Nice and fast! The employees at this location were very welcoming. They walked me through everything they were doing and their recommendations without being too pushy. Would 1000% recommend this location. They did an oil change and air filter change within 20 minutes!

They got me in and then out in good time. The service was great. However, the manager was just constantly on the phone. It was impossible to know if he was talking to me or the person on the phone.

On a multiple state road trip and stopped in cause of some funny noises. The team was unbelievably friendly and helpful. They diagnosed my problem quickly and informed me on everything I needed to know. Wish I lived closer, I would be a repeat customer because of their amazing service!

Unbelievably helpful and friendly staff. For reasons unrelated to Jiffy Lube, getting an oil change was an unpleasant saga for me. The staff here made it much better by not only trying to help me deal with the hurdles (which were in no way their responsibility to try and help fix - yet one guy spent an hour on the phone trying to get things sorted out for me) but they did so with humor and grace. Plus everything worked out... eventually. And they were there with smiles and laughs once it did.

Had a great experience @ Jiffy Lube this morning getting an inspection done on my vehicle. Joey was professional, friendly and they got my car done in less than 15mins. I highly recommend these guys! I’ll be going back annually to get my inspections done to drive Uber.
