Can't thank the team at Jiffy Lube enough for inadvertently revealing that I was probably ripped off at least once if not twice by other places in the past. Ive had my cabin filter changed at least once (allegedly) before on this car if memory serves. So when they brought my cabin filter out and it looked pretty awful, I wasn't entirely surprised but I guess I should have been. I didnt think much of it until I hopped in the car to leave and found that my AC now runs better than it ever has. It used to barely keep up with the heat cranked to full blast. Now the lowest setting is comparable to what I got running it on full. So either other mechanics had charged me for a cabin filter that they actually didn't change or the guys at Jiffy Lube fixed my AC. Either way, I can't thank the team at Jiffy Lube enough and will definitely be returning to them in the future.

I have questions about the sincerity and honesty I received at this Jiffy Lube. Isn't a Jiffy Lube coupon good at most Jiffy Lubes? I've never had a coupon refused before after using their services for 15 years at various locations. I probably will not continue to receive any services from them in the future!!

My daughter came to this jiffy lube location for an oil change. She paid her own money for all the supplies, and asked if they could help. Apon arrival she was told that it would all be good, and she wouldn’t have to pay since she had the supplies. They took around 15 minutes to do the work. Once she went to check out with the owner of the company, he told her this was not the case and proceeded to charge her 60$ for 15 minutes of time. Shady and Ill intentioned owner. Please give your money to someone more deserving!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! The customer service here is the worst!!! Stood at counter waiting for service. Got ignore three different times, then told, "I'll be with you in a minute and never came back. Ended up just leaving.

Came in for an oil change. When I first arrived I was offered a fair price, but once the job was over the owner gave me a shady excuse to this new extravagant price. To anyone looking for service on their car, the shady practices that they invoke aren’t worth the risk of even bothering with this location. Make sure you go to a Jiffy lube that will value you as a customer!

Ms. Bourland, I kindly ask that you remove your untruthful review. As you know, you brought your own oil and filter in, for which I gave you the standard discount. I, the owner, checked you in, and the cost of your service, with the discount, was provided to you on the computer screen for you to see. This is done to avoid any surprise charges when you check out. While servicing your vehicle, you asked one of my employees if you could trade him a plastic bag filled with some sort of product in exchange for the service we were performing on your car. He turned you down. Once we completed the service and were preparing to check you out, you asked me if you could send me $20 via Venmo (under the table) for the service instead of paying the full cost through our Point of Sale System. I told you I could not do that and that is not how we conduct business. We do legitimate sales, on which we collect sales tax, that we forward to the government. You replied that the last time you were in you transferred $20 through Venmo to one of my employees. I am sorry if a former employee agreed to do that, as that is not acceptable and is why he is no longer employed with us. I am also sorry that you continue to think that this is an acceptable way to conduct business... basically contributing to the theft of revenue of a small business owner who works hard, pays his employees decent wages, pays his suppliers on time and feels lucky to have made it through the hell of 2020 and 2021. Once again, I kindly request that you remove your dishonest review, which will also remove the true story of what you attempted to do to a business owner just trying to make a decent living. We are an honest business and perhaps you need to look elsewhere.

Manager was eager to capitalize, treating us with no respect and running prices to ridiculous heights for mundane services. The honestly and character of this location is missing. There are people who work really hard and honest for their money. If you take the little time to find a different location you may end up saving yourself a huge headache!

Mr McAdams, it has been over 4 months since we serviced your vehicle and we heard no complaints from you at the time of service, or after. I'll admit that an oil change is a mundane service and I would rather spend money on many other more fun things, but it is a necessary service to which we offer for a fair price.

Always so kind! Was in and out in 15 minutes, they checked everything and gave me the option to have them change filters as I saw fit. They even vacuumed out my car, wiped down my front interior for dusted and clean my windows! I can’t guarantee they will always do that since it wasn’t busy when I arrived but they have always been great.

These guys do a nice job and are pretty funny. I don't think they know that the waiting room can hear every word they say out in the work area and they had a few of us cracking up laughing . The previous place I had taken my work truck had used an impact wrench to put on my oil filter and it was very difficult to get off and the colorful language was just great. These guys seem like real mechanics which is not the experience I had at the last place. Will be coming here from now on. Reasonable prices too.
