The gentleman that helped me was polite and knew his job well. I was informed of services with prices that I needed in the near future, I will be going back for those. The other technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, and I do think it is awesome to see a female working on cars. Overall it was a 5 star visit today.

Always the most friendliest staff! Helpful an honest. I always prefer this location because of these reasons. Prices are always reasonable for the required maintenance needed. Thank you to Tyler , Daniel and Amanda who are always super nice an helpful just as much as the entire team!

The lady there was so nice. They were very busy and only three were working. I waited in line for about 20 minutes before I got into the bay. The lady asked what year my car was and I told her it was a 2023, and she proceeded to look it up and then said she was sorry that she had me wait in line because it was to early to have an oil change and she was very nice and told me it didn't have to be done until 7000 miles. She took the time to top off my fluids and told me that I was now in the system and when I was ready to go back to her and she would be happy to change my oil then. I told her that she was doing an amazing job considering they were short staffed.

The staff was great and very attentive. They were all incredibly helpful in diagnosing what needed to be taken care of for my car. Start to finish I was there for about 20 minutes, super quick and easy!

I was told all I needed was the front brakes serviced and then after waiting about 4 hours, was told I also needed a rear brake pad. The one brake pad was going to take the rest of the day to be done. I had no more time that day. Called back today trying to get the other brake pad serviced and was told I could drop it off and pick it up at close due to the fact they had two other cars before me. When I called back to confirm this about an hour(probably less), I was told I couldn’t get the work done anymore until Wednesday. If they just looked and fully assessed the front and rear brakes this could have been easily avoided. Not to mention the fact that they changed the story into being too busy until Wednesday. I went to another establishment that had way more than two vehicles in front of me and they were able to do it in the same day. I didn’t feel like this Jiffy Lube cared to get my vehicle properly serviced.

Great experience from the moment I pulled up, the whole staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable, I definitely recommend coming here for your oil change and they topped off my car fluids for me. Great service and fast!!!!

Pulled my car in and they were working on it within five minutes. Very polite staff. Explained everything clearly. I felt I could trust their evaluation and follow their recommendations and they were not trying to add on anything that was not necessary or prudent.
