Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Preventive Maintenance

Talk about a shop full of crooks… never ever come here under any circumstances!!!these yokels tried to up-charge me 300 bucks for differential fluids and filters that weren’t needed. In addition, the report was blatantly falsified. Very disappointed as I paid top dollar for a conventional change. I’m not even upset that my windows weren’t washed or my floors weren’t vacuumed. It’s the lying on the report about misc things that makes me wonder what else was lied about or if they even actually changed my oil! In addition my tire pressure was lied about as well and overall I am just very disappointed with this experience and I will not be back. In a world of lying mechanics, I thought this place would be different but it’s just the same. Chalked full of crooks! Would give zero stars if I could

I got an oil change and a few other services like taking care of my gear boxes here today. They even caught two small rock chip dents, which in Colorado if not taken care can end up costing a whole wind shield…gotta love temperature changes. They were friendly, and the wait was minimal. They even helped me with a vehicle hle inspection that I needed to be able to drive for Uber and Lyft. I wanna Colin and Keith.

We are out of town visitors and needed our Ford f-350 Super Duty diesel oil and filters changed. Keith Clark was very thorough in getting us exactly what was needed...upon completion, we left but I noticed something just wasn't quite right with acceleration. Keith did explain the fuel filter will need to prime to run properly but it never did. The next day we were 5-miles away and the engine began to have a fuel filter failure! I called Keith and explained what was happening and he said to bring it back as soon as possible...we headed that way, pulled into their parking lot and they were 5-deep in vehicles. I thought this is going to take a while of wasted time that we did not have! Keith Clark saw me come in, came to me immediately and he went to my truck in the driveway and literally crawled under the truck and diagnosed the problem immediately which was a creased gasket on the fuel filter during installation. He proceeded to fix it in the parking lot and within 15-minutes, we were back on our way! Kuddos to Keith Clark for being so responsive and professional to getting us fixed!

Wonderful service. Road-trip from IL to Cali stopped by at Denver to get an oil change. One of the employee stated that I didn’t need to do an oil change due to full synthetic oil I had. Jesse was was so helpful and honest about it and my tire pressure. Other auto service would’ve oil changed my car regardless just to take the money. I recommend this spot and wish I had this spot back home in Cali. Thanks Jesse! 👍🏼

I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for quite a few years now and have had consistently excellent customer service. They do a good, fast service, the prices are really good, and they’ve highlighted some issues for me in the past, without trying to upsell me.

Despite being short-staffed early on a Sunday morning, Brandon and another technician got my oil changed and tires filled quickly, and were kind about my inherent lack of car knowledge. Thanks yall!

Had a great experience at jiffy lube. They helped fill the rock chips in my windshield, I got an oil change. Highly recommend talking to Jesse or rose…they will take great of your car.

Absolutely the best service that I have had at Jiffy Lube. Perfect timing. I was treated with great respect. The most professional location in Colorado. I was in the waiting room less than 10 minutes.

I pulled about 10 min before they closed on a sunday for a quick lyft inspection and they still saw me with no appointment. Very professional and car knowledgeable 🫡🇺🇲

I went specifically because this was advertised as a drive through oil change, and I had my baby in the car. I was told I had to leave the baby, not only to check in but also out. Even though I let them know I was not comfortable with this.
