Signature service took nearly 2 hours. Receipt was marked that the exterior windows were cleaned, and clearly they were not. Technician told me a brake light was out. Upon my own inspection, it was functioning properly. Usually great service at this location, but they really missed the mark this visit.

I would definitely go back. My oil change was done quickly and thoroughly. They left the hood open and showed me the fluids were topped off, oil cap was tight, the oil on the dipstick was clean and full, which I appreciated. No hassles and treated me politely.

Went to this location two days in the row, yesterday for oil change, coolant flush, break fluid. They did very good. Went again today for more maintenance, I realized I can trust them with transmission maintenance more then I can trust Nissan Dealership. Got there at 08:00, 08:30 out the foor with perfect service. I honestly think these mechanics actually do like their jobs. Thank you.

These guys are fast and do a quality job. They are very low pressure from a sales perspective, but the let you know the honest issues with your car. Which makes you feel happier when purchasing the up-sale. Salvatore was very thorough and helped me understand how to use a promotion I found online. Altogether a great experience!

I was told at check out that they would honor my 9 dollar coupon, they did not. Then I looked at the sticker I was given for when my next oil change should be, and it was 3000 miles, I asked why the place recommended that and I was told it was not the shop recommended, it was the manufacturer recommended even with full synthetic. I checked my manual and it is 6000 miles. I will NEVER use Jiffy Lube again. It’s a rip off company.

This location has very amazing, professional and friendly team members. The services they had done on my car were quick and high quality. No one had tried to push me into getting any additional services, and most of all, they were all extremely respectful.

I’ve never left a review for this Jiffy Lube because in the last six years I’ve never had any issues. Today unfortunately, they’ve lost a customer. I came in just for an oil change. When I was done my car would not accelerate and the service person was going to let me leave without it seeming to be something wrong. I had to come back and say something was wrong. The issue was resolved fortunately but I’m very disappointed in the current level of work ethic at this Jiffy Lube. I hope the employees learn from this and show up better in the future.

They were awesome and friendly! Service was fast and the team was professional in listening to my needs and helping me out. I even wanted to have my tires rotated but they were honest and told me that the tread on my fwd car was better on my front tires at the moment vs my rears! They did not try to upsell me on services and wanted it seemed like they wanted to help me out and take care of my car. I highly recommend this location since it feels much more friendly than other shops!

I was there for two hours, three cars who came after me got serviced and left before me. I watched the technicians and they were the slowest I've seen. They put on my receipt that they had completed cleaning my windows and they weren't touched. They walked around liked they were bored, no sense of getting the job done in any hurry. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

Very little PR. Came in for oil change. Pretty sure they didn't even check or top off the other fluids. Said they washed the outside windows. They didn't. After paying $118, I had to check the dipstick to make sure they even changed the oil.
