    I've had good experience with other Visionworks locations. For this one, I had an appt, but they couldn't find my insurance, even with the card I had. Because they weren't able to help me, I walked in to America's best, across the street. They found my insurance immediately and helped me with no appt.

    Best staff!! My 4 year old is autistic, Dr. Good is the only one he's let touch him. We've tried other places and even places specifically meant for children. My son was able to get through the entire appointment with no fight, unlike anywhere else we took him! Even though we moved, this will still be the place we go for any eye care needs.

    1st I get an email to remind me of the appointment, 1h 40min later an email saying I didn't confirm? How does that work? I never requested cancelation or received any email to confirm. Horrible customer service. APPOINTMENT REMINDER. We are looking forward to seeing you tomorrow for your appointment. If you have not yet done so, please complete the admission forms below.     Update: The reply to this review was an automatic message asking for more details. I sent a very detailed message to get another useless automatic reply back. This place is a corporation, not a clinic. It is run by numbers and nobody cares. The communication is poor. The staff is dressed like the panhandlers outside and aren't nearly as nice. The staff acts completely put upon with every little simple task. They don't care about your eye health. They care about selling product. Waited ONE HOUR to get a prescription printed after several failed call attempts and two stop ins where I was treated like they were too busy to complete the service they already started. Shocked.... SHOCKED at the glowing reviews for Jeremy. He is THE WORST. They were short staffed but nothing excuses his terrible customer service and behavior. Find a private practice that CARES. I wouldn't take my dog here .

    I was needing to get my eye exam completed rather quickly for my health insurance discount and so I made an appt early the morning of and arrived to this location 7 minutes late. The manager, Jeremy that was checking me in said that I was too late but he also wasn’t at the checkin desk when I walked in. He told me that I can wait to see if the next appointment didn't show up or reschedule for another time. I asked where that policy is posted or where I can find it in my appointment confirmation. I told him I read the reviews for this location and multiple people have posted how incredibly rude this Jeremy guy was and he said well they are not always accurate and I said well when there are multiple people with the same story, it is probably true. In the 5 minutes that he continued to argue with me, I could've been completing my exam. Really bad customer service and the fact that there are multiple complaints about him shows that he has some major communication skills and probably some mental health issues that need to be addressed. He rescheduled my appt for noon but I called to several other places that are not Visionworks and was able to get an appointment today. Please avoid this location specifically because of the manager Jeremy, and also Visionworks in general since they are not able to extend a grace period for their appointments and allow people like Jeremy to be the first interaction with their company.

    It was cool when I ordered the glasses. But here it is pass the promised date and no call or anything. The automated system has no record of any of my information and it takes forever and a day to get to an actual person. The lady who answered seemingly had an attitude as it was the end of the day. She told me one pair had arrived but she didn’t know which one. And she definitely wasn’t about to check. This is the second place I’ve gone to to buy glasses in this state and it’s yet again a total nightmare. I’m starting to think it just isn’t meant for me to see well. I’m definitely getting a refund and just keeping my current glasses. I’d rather be blind at this point.

    Jeremy is terrible with customers. He made us feel very uncomfortable and humiliated, like we are not good enough for him. If you going to that place, please avoid Jeremy. Everyone else is pretty nice and helpful. PLEASE AVOID JEREMY!!!!!!!

    What a great experience! From the gentleman who helped us get scheduled to Dr. Good and last but not least Jeremy who helped us out with picking out some glasses for my son and husband. Friendly and smooth appointments. Dr. Good was great with my 7yo who was apprehensive about his appointment. She was fun and patient with him, thank you! My appointment with her was great as well. Answered all of my questions in a friendly and professional manner. Highly recommend them!
