    I always like going here to get my glasses. They take their time when it's needed the exams are always easy. Very nice and they explain everything when I needed a new pair of glasses for my daughter who lost them they helped me and it was quick and easy and painless. No one has time to spend at any doctor's appointment or in any doctor's office so this vision works makes it easy even when they're short-handed. It's always quiet in there as well so I'm able to talk clearly and get across what I need and they're always helpful and on time with my glasses when it's time to pick them up.

    Dr. Tran is awesome, but sadly is leaving in June for California. I'm glad I got in to see him, he remedied my very difficult vision path quickly and effectively - and I have astigmatisms in both eyes and need progressive lenses. Robin was extremely sweet, kind, thoughtful, and helpful as well and their customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend, but waiting to see who takes the reigns from Dr. Tran.

    I bought my my son’s glasses here and bought the warranty for it. Unfortunately, he lost it within the month so I had to buy another glasses out of pocket and I was told that the warranty from the old one will get transferred to this new one. I went in a few months lasted because the lenses are not staying in the frames and it was scratched. I need it to get fixed. The lady told me that they need to take the whole glasses and my son has to go without glasses for two weeks until the new one comes in. I cannot do that so I purchased another glasses at an online store so I can send the one we bought with the warranty. I came back to get it fixed and now they are telling me that the old warranty is only for the lost glasses and not the new one. They should have told me this in the first place so I didn’t have to go back and forth several times. I will never come back here or at any Visionworks.

    I gave a 4 star only because I went in for my vision test and I felt like the doctor rushed through. And then, when I got my glasses, they were all wrong. He reported that I was nearsighted when in fact, I’m farsighted so the distance was wrong on my glasses. And so was the measurement of the progression. But when I came back to figure out what was going on, Andrew was extremely helpful and figured out the problem!

    The manager Susan, is very rude. I’m a long term customer of vision works for YEARS. I’m in a situation with insurance that they will not cover contact lenses until may. I asked if there was an exception to be made and see if they would be willing to provide a trial pair of lenses. She said she would rather lose a customer business and no exceptions could be made and she would not speak to the optometrist. I understand policy but there was no need to be rude and nasty. I will never go to any new visionworks location again due to my interaction with her.

    One day after getting glasses, the right arm was wobbly and coming off. I went in 3 times to fix them, but something was bent and the screw won't stay in. They won't fix or replace them because I did not buy the warranty. Staff was friendly.

    I have been going to Visionworks a few years. The other visits were good, but this time things just seemed to be excellent. Everyone was courteous and very helpful!!
