I took my mother here to pick out new glasses. Kat made it such a great experience from beginning to end. She greeted us with kindness and made us feel welcomed. She was very personable and helped us with all our concerns. She gave us different options and compared prices with insurance helped us to make the best choice for my mother. I recommend coming to this location.

I was very satisfied with my visit. The staff assisted me in seeing that my insurance benefits were properly put in order in a professional manner. Kat, one of the staff, was also very helpful in assisting me make the most of my benefits when it came to choosing my frames and lens.

Cat at Visionworks was awesome. It was wonderful going into a business when an employee knows exactly what to do to help the customer. She knew about insurance coverage and familiar with our insurance company. This made everything so much easier for us. Our family will definitely be going to that location again for services.

I put off using my VSP benefits until the last minute!! Went into Visionworks to order a pair of glasses. I was helped by a very professional associate named Kat. She was polite, kind and efficient. She got my glasses ordered quickly and was very helpful.

What not to say about the entire team here at Vision Works! They went out of their way to make my experience perfect! I came in for an eye appointment to get my eyes checked for new sunglasses just in time for summer. I had my babies with me both ages 10 months old and 4 months old. The staff was friendly to both me and my babies, helping move additional chairs for their car seats (mommy, cleaned out car and did not have double stroller). They were immensely helpful! Vision works team member Maria went above and beyond! My son began to cry and she knelt down and spoke to him... He fell asleep, she assisted me with payment and even went a step further with holding doors once I wrapped up. Maria was phenomenal! Thank you so much Maria! I would highly recommend this store location. Clean, neat, precise and great inventory. Lastly my doctor was great too and she made it comfortable for my kiddos! Looking forward to getting my new shades! Thank you all, especially Maria for all your help!

Kay was amazing helping both my wife and I get glasses. She help us find deals as we did not have insurance. She made the process extremely comfortable and made us feel like family.

Came in on Thursday and worked with Kat she is absolutely awesome. She picked out a great frame for me that fit my face and my budget . Love the great customer service she provided . Extremely professional and made me feel so comfortable. Will definitely be back and I definitely recommend this location.

The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I hadn't had an eye exam in quite a few years due to many reasons. I believe the associate named Kat helped me find the cutest set of glasses in a style I wanted and that fit my face perfectly. As well as my doctor found a very good and comfortable set of contacts for me when I was interested in wearing them again.

I like the optometrist Kirstin. She is nice, has a good sense of light-hearted positivity, and thorough in her examination. The staff was nicer than last year, which I appreciated. The staff fixed my lost screw and dislodged lens on my glasses I bought last year. The only thing I felt is when I said Medicaid, they looked away from me and didn't seem happy. It's probably also because Medicaid doesn't cover glasses or lenses, only the exam. I also have to pay $39 for the extra retinal exam, which I know Medicaid won't cover. I just feel staff should be more attentive to the current facts of inflation or with some people's disabilities, in which they are forced to rely on Medicaid. That doesn't imply those people who rely on Medicaid and disability income with part-time work are stupid or incapable of being a good and strong person. Sometimes, we are more strong and smart than you realize.
