I went as a first time customer on August 4th of this year. The eye doctor herself was amazing, she listened to my concerns and made sure my prescription was perfect for me. Its the reception staff there and the business itself that is not great. I ordered my contacts there August 10th, in which i wear daily disposable ones. I had told them I was almost out of my contacts and needed them asap. They only gave me 4 days worth of daily disposable ones and told me my contacts will be there in a week. It sounded good to me.... Its August 21st and they didn't even ship out my contacts, I have no confirmation number, no tracking number. They had no excuse as to why they didn't ship them out and I had to beg them for more trial contacts to hold me over. The trial disposable ones their giving me are not even the right prescription. The glasses I was wearing temporary were not even the right prescription as well and I can't see very well ( my own mistake ). So i have been having awful migranes everyday because i dont have the right prescription in anything. They told me my contacts would " get there when they get there " basically . I am extremely frustrated and not impressed by their service there . The ONLY good experience I had was with the actual eye doctor. I would not waste your time here, go somewhere else, unless you just wear glasses. They might be better at just giving you glasses, but NOT ORDERING CONTACTS.

For two separate frames the sales associate wanted to charge over $600 before insurance and over 400 after. A 5 second glance online for the exact same frames showed total cost for both at 220 before submitting an outside of network claim to insurance for reimbursement. When this was brought up to the sales associate that the frames were available from the manufacturer for less than half of what they wanted to charge she attempted to make a completely fabricated excuse that the insurance wouldn't take an outside of network claim for the benefit and tried to pressure me and my wife into going ahead with their rediculous prices, not even offering to price match to the same frames from the manufacturer's own website. It's clear this office cares more about screwing patients over anyway they can than actually taking care of them. If I could rate this a 0/5 I would. I would never recommend anyone to purchase frames from this office. You are better off buying from the manufacturer website and going to Costco for your lenses than dealing with the rediculous and outlandish prices for their frames that are available at half the cost of not less than half the cost from the manufacturer's website or generally online. 0/10 would not recommend this location. I had no interaction with the provider so cannot speak to their care. Only dealt with the front staff.

Jennifer was offensive, when I called in to ask a question, she offended my date of birth when she asked me to verify it. I was there customer since 2017, she was kind of offensive when it comes to my birthrate. Will i be changed my birthdate, she was doubting my own birthdate. NOT polite or nice customer service experience.

Super nice staff. Dr Billings provided me an expert exam and referral. Collette was an angel and went above and beyond. It feels really nice when you know people are truly concerned about you and want to help. Everyone I encountered was super polite and caring. Highly recommend Pearle Vision at Castle Rock!

They did the exam and the doctor claimed I needed 3 different bifocals in a new prescription. At first they felt funny and they advised they would but that it would go away. I told her that I've never needed bifocals before and she insisted I needed them. My vision wasn't that bad in the first place and I was only there cause my last pair broke. NOW I CAN'T SEE AT ALL. These bifocals ruined me. I WILL NEVER FREQUENT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!! They need to hire better optometrist. I think I will call an attorney..........
My eyes are officially old, and I now must face the dreaded reality that I need glasses! I don’t know what I would have ever done without the super people at pearl Vision! So happy I went to them to set me up! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with! 🤓

Pearl Vision in Castle Rock has outstanding customer service. I was a customer for about 2 years and during that time the employees were always friendly and helpful! I recently moved and needed their help with my prescription and the purchase of contacts until I could get established at a new optometrist. On two different occasions they went out of their way to assist me even though I was no longer going to be one of their customers. Excellent example of customer service!
