    I had the best experience here. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so kind and professional and took a personal interest in me. The Dr and his assistant were so wonderful. My Dr educated me and went through everything about my eyes in detail. I did not feel rushed at all. He took his time with me to make sure all my needs were meant. The lady that helped me with my glasses made sure I knew all of my options and helped me make the best decision for me. I highly recommend this office in Longmont!

    Staff are pleasant enough, but their contact prices are ridiculously overpriced and they won't price match. I was quoted $518 plus change for a year's worth supply with my insurance benefits. Imagine my surprise when I went across the street to Target Optical and got the same exact order for $290.88.

    I love Dr. Daw I trust him with my eyes and possibly my life. Everyone that works here is really nice and service is quick. Dr. Daw cares and is one of the most knowledgeably optometrist I鈥檝e ever met, definitely reassuring for someone with a high prescription such as I. My glasses have always come in quickly.

    Great doctor! Amazing staff! Everyone was nice and willing to work with me. The prices of glasses are so high! Its not like I want to wear glasses. I have to pay to use one of my 5 senses. I wish I didn't have to pay so much.

    All the staff here are great!! I felt so well treated. Rob and Mikaya were so patient and kind with me as I struggled to learn how to put in contacts for the first time and Dr Daw was personable and highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

    This was the best eye doctor I have ever been to. They took the time to explain each piece of equipment and what it. The doctor explained everything he was looking at in the exam and it was simply fascinating. They had outstanding customer service, we're prompt and got me right in, and explained exactly what it was going to cost and what my insurance would cover. When my glasses came in they were expertly made and perfect for my prescription. Couldn't be happier. This is my spot for glasses from now on.

    Terrible service. Said they'd call me when my glasses were ready, and they never called. I finally had to call them and ask, and that's how I knew that my glasses were ready to be picked up. Also I ordered safety glasses, and they came with the wrong side shields. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I've had much better experience at Target optical.

    Wish that I could give these people more than 5 stars. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt amazing. All the staff I encountered were just amazing great people skills. The amazing gentleman (rob)the did my exam was awesome made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Then dr. Daw was amazing explained everything to me so that I knew what he was talking about. So I did have to get glasses not a huge deal but they had amazing deals going on and got all set up with 2 pairs will hopefully be here in a couple weeks. Thanks so much for making my experience above my expectation. Shout out to Luis and Rob your amazing 馃ぉ

    This is honestly the worse experience I've had at a vision place. I went to this location about a year ago, and they were all great. Today I went in for a 12:15 apt. I wasn't pulled back into the Dr's office until 1:00 at which point I was told that another customer had "needed more attention." I had asked 3x for a contact exam and then was told when the doctor had sent me out of the office to wait in the bright lobby while my eyes dilated that the doctor was leaving and I would need to make another appointment. When I told them I wanted it done, as it's what I went in for, I was told to wait. I then watched the doctor finish the eye exam of the person after me, then TAKE THE NEXT PAITENT in. The lady at the front just told me it wasn't their regular dr and completely dismissed any complaint before just walking away to have someone else help me. The people in the front office are making fun of customers after they leave in front of other customers. The only person worth anything there was Brooke, who was the only one to apologize or even attempt to talk with us. Totally bummed by the experience- took my script and am going to find literally anywhere else to go to get fitted for contacts, and at this point get my exam re-done because I have absolutely no faith that the doctor did my exam correctly since he seemed to just want to leave.
