    Went in for my yearly checkup and afterward wasn't entirely sure what all my insurance took care of and what payment methods they accepted. But when I expressed that to Kaelyn, she immediately stepped up and walked me through the whole process so that I better understood what was going on. Left with what I came there for, which was eye exam and glasses. But, also left with an appreciation for good customer service

    Thank you for the fantastic help and experience of the store. Everyone is very professional and allows time to look and assist with sizing and fit as well as any clarification on insurance and cost. They are very professional and very helpful.

    They helped with my frames because my discount insurance didn’t cover my frames. I really appreciate them. My family and I continue to return to this office because they hospitable, professional

    The eyeglass and sunglass selections are quite extensive here. I always receive a thorough eye exam with very professional people. The sales people always take the time to explain what options are available in creating the perfect eyeglasses for me.

    1st experience was a 5 star. But today? No... 2nd time here. I needed to update my review. Our visit started out great and welcoming. Got our frames picked out. Got the prescription done. Then it came to the end stretch. We waited 30 mins. As two new customers come thru the door the lady helps them and gets them out of there. So I go up to the desk with our 3/4 finished order telling the lady we were still waiting. And she didn't want to hear it. I understood she was the only person. Fine. But helping two new customers when you have one whose been waiting??? Then she goes off saying she the only one. Poor customer service at the end. She only took 5-10 mins to finish out order after. I didn't even want to stay around to set another appt. This might be the last. Why would I go back that? After reading some reviews here, I bet it's the same individual everyone is complaining about.

    it would be a 5 star but we had a small mix up, the doctor doing my exam was super fast and friendly! The general manager Katherine and agent Kay helped me after a mix up with lenses, they made sure that the discounts applied to the remake and made my experience pretty good! It was a wee bit stressful at first and the manager was a little rude saying there was nothing we could do, I was just asking for options, after a little discussion we came to a civil conclusion. After that, they got everything handled amazing! I found so many frames I liked I couldn’t choose and I am picky.. so many choices I would recommend this store! I would recommend some conflict de-escalation training for employees. I do understand it is very tough and a little bit awkward but in any type of service industry face-to-face customer and employee interactions it is vital to have these type of skills.

    I have went here for years, 15+ at least. But the last to visits where absolutely horrible. I'll only talk about the most recent when they had my 2 kids waiting for an hour to even just get the exam, not keeping them updated or anything. They where told to arrive 10min early to their appointment, and still sat and waited for an hour. When i called to check on them they told me they hadn't even been see yet! When they finally went to ask,all they said was they where a "little" behind and they'd be next. After waiting another 20mins after that I told them to just leave! Still never got an exam, I will never go back there!
