After 15 years of wearing glasses/contacts, this was the fastest and most streamlined eye exam I’ve ever had. Even as a new patient, I was in and out in 45 minutes. I was able to get a same-day appointment when I desperately needed a new contact prescription and my usual doctor was booked out two months. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the space was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend!

Not a reliable place to get prescription done. I got a second opinion and my prescription was incorrect, now I’m having to pay out of pocket to correct their mistake. I recommend going to a privately owned practice! The quality of care is exceptionally better.

If you've got the insurance for it, you're better off going to an actual eye doctor's office. The staff were very aloof and treated me as if I were a ghost. The doctor dismissed my issues and treated me like a child, essentially. The person who rang me out for my glasses was also extremely off-putting, and told me my glasses would be ready two weeks after my appointment. It's been over a month now and I've heard nothing. Not to mention, the service I received felt like I was being discriminated against because of my identity. Do better.

I have been a customer here for 10 yrs & have always paid full price for exam & contacts bc I don't have eye insurance. I have an up to date prescription through them & I went in today to ask about buying (didn't ask for a free pair or anything) just one pair of contacts to get me through until my box i ordered online arrives in the mail (supposed to be in a week but I've been waiting for 3 wks at this point). I was told NO I have to buy a full box from them & then they'll give me a sample I could go home with today. I have never asked for any special requests from them in 10 years before but the different online place I bought my box of contacts from turned out to be the slowest place on earth. After 10 yrs of doing business with VisionWorks & normally buying contacts through them at my yearly visits, I would've thought a little consideration about my situation would've gone a lonnng way. Sorry I don't have an extra $130 lying around to buy another box from you guys this time. But I learned alot about how you treat customers today & I will not go back. So will be looking for another vision place come May of this year if anyone has any suggestions for a place that has a little bit of a concept of customer service

A HUGE THANK YOU to DR. OWEN, ASPEN, and all the staff a VisionWorks! I have very weak eyes and a muscle imbalance, so not an easy task for any optometrist. I had been wearing the same glasses for over 5 years because no one was able to get my prescription right. But Dr. Owen did it in one visit! I bought two pair and I LOVE them both. They were reasonably priced, they arrived much sooner than expected, and they look fantastic! I would definitely recommend VisionWorks and Dr. Owen to anyone. If you need glasses, this is the place to go!

Had a great experience today at this location. Immediately upon walking in, we were greeted and asked if we needed helped. Brooke assisted us in purchasing 2 pairs of prescription glasses. She was excellent and went above and beyond to help us. She called our insurance company to fix an issue from incorrect billing at a different eye doctor’s office and she assisted in obtaining a prescription from another visionworks location. Would highly recommend this location and Brooke.

I had a great experience here! Brooke and Aspen were so kind and did an awesome job helping me up front- so did the gal who did my retinal photos whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. Doctor Owen was quick and friendly too. Great team!

!DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE POOR VISION! I recently made a switch to here hoping I’d have some luck, but after a couple month my glasses have literally fallen apart. ( I take care of my gasses ) and both lenses have called out and the arm to hold it on my ear completely unwelded. I’m legally blind and these are the worst experiences I’ve ever had with glasses
