I have been going here for the past few years for my glasses and had no problem until this last visit. I decided to try contacts, I didn't realize it was such a big ordeal to get em when you're a first time wearer. Its been almost 4 weeks,and I am still waiting. I called to see if I can come by and get a copy of my prescription and was told there isn't one until I have their class and get fitted for the trials. So I am stuck waiting or I pay and go else where. If you go here I guess make sure you ask questions and understand before you leave.

This review is about Joel Riggs, O.D., who works at this Visionworks. I knew I needed glasses for the first time in 2022 and received my prescription from Dr. Riggs. After receiving my glasses from another location (I preferred the styles), I thought that the blurriness that did not disappear when reading at distances was really my needing to adjust to glasses. I got another exam a year later, also from Dr. Riggs. Before getting glasses with the updated prescription, I realized I had never "adjusted" to distanced reading, so got another exam one month later from another doctor. Adding to my doubts about Dr. Riggs, I had realized that my best friend (who has happily gone to this same Visionworks for several years in a row, and worn glasses for about 30 years) had gone to Dr. Riggs for the first time about 6 months after I had and they were just not seeing well through their new glasses either. Of the 8 items measured (OD/OS: sphere, cylinder, axis, add), he got 4 right. And I'm counting the items that apply to reading magnifications, so being generous. He completely missed that I was nearsighted at all. His exam was 1/10 the thoroughness of the exam I received at the second place (including verification of items at various distances afterward). I see well at all distances now. Dr. Riggs is very likeable, as far as personality, and I hope he takes this review as an opportunity to improve his efforts. But, for now, my BF and I consider the outcome wasted money.

Scheduled an appointment online for my mom, and during the visit the staff was extremely nice and accommodating to both of us. My mom found exactly what she needed and I was able to browse their extensive range of glasses to get an idea of what I want for my next pair. Highly recommended this location!

Getting the glasses will be the goal needed to be able to read again! Great staff and I was a walk-in prior customer

Randy was the person who helped me!!! Way!!! The entire service is excellent and the glass quality is supreme. I made an appointment. Randy did help me pick up a frame in the base of my preference to spend, he was respectful and cordeal! I was irritated in the beginning, but he really colm me down, he also ask the doctor a question for me! I definitely find Randy service beyond supreme! I would give him 100 star's if I could. He helped me with the frame. He was patient and answer to all my questions about the frame/lenses and special options. I ordered a glasses!! He did respect my budget and really give me a great feeling that I was taken care for, I felt a valuable customer and appreciate in my needs. When I pick up the glasses he customize the frame on my face. The glasses itself are WAY!!! They are worth each cent!!! I used to wear glasses that would make me dizzy and had strong headeq. This product is beyond expectation and I recommend it!!! I recommend that center. I recommend that 👓!!! I love everything about it!!!

I love this Visionworks location! I have been going here for a few years and have never had anything but a great experience. Doctor and front desk staff are awesome!

As I was sure to express before I left Visionworks, I had a great experience and each of the four person's that were responsible for the different steps of my appointment which were, first the receptionist, next was the assistant who administered the initial eye testing and taking the pictures of my eyes, then the OD who examined my eyes and well informed me of my options to help with my vision, to the gentleman who assisted my without any sale's pressure whatsoever and collected the portion of my payment not covered by insurance, which was entirely fair and acceptable for a change,! The entire experience was comfortable, relaxing, and a wonderful change from all previous experiences with other vision stores etc over the past ten years! Thank you each for the amazing help and excellent treatment during my needed and necessary visit. 5 Star ⭐ treatment all the way!

Very pleased from the moment I arrived until the time the Doctor did his exam. No complaints at all.

I loved this place. They made me feel comfortable, they are a great work crew.
