    First of all, thank you for taking the time to see veterans in the area. Greatly appreciated. Front staff was timely and efficient. The optometrist/opthamologist was great. He gave me a set of trial progressive contact lenses to try out before buying. This is my second year coming here from the VA. 5 stars

    If I could give these gals more then 5 stars I definitely would! They were way understanding, considerate and kind today when I took me and my 5 kiddos in for our annual eye exams. Being patient and making sure they were all comfortable.

    In March I made an appointment for an eye exam. I recently retired from the Teamsters, but still had my insurance, which has Davis Vision. First question I asked was DO YOU ACCEPT DAVIS VISION? YES,I WAS TOLD. I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED 2 PAIRS OF GLASSES COMPLETELY PAID BY MY INSURANCE. IMAGINE MY SURPRISE WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP A SINGLE PAIR OF GLASSES AND I OWER OVER 300 BUCKS! TURNS OUT THIS VISIONWORKS IS NOT PART OF THE DAVIS VISION NETWORK. THEY BLATANTLY LIED TO ME WHEN THEY SAID THEY ACCEPTED IT. I FIND OUT AFTER USING THEIR SERVICE AND THEN GET STUCK OWING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. AVOID THESE LIARS LIKE THE PLAGUE. I LIKELY AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE OF COLORADO FOR THEIR BATE AND SWITCH BUSINESS TACTICS. I ONLY GIVE YOU 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULDN'T GIVE YOU ZIP AND WRITE A REVIEW OF YOUR BLATANT LIES TO ME. AGAIN, AVOID THESE LIARS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

    The staff greeted me when I walked in. Answered all my questions with ease & without me feeling like I annoyed them by asking. The doctor was knowledgable & really informative. I was in & out within 45 minutes, including exam, looking at glasses & buying them. Great experience & great staff.

    I’ve been wearing glasses/contacts for 48 years. Today was the first time I’ve had someone explain different fits and types of frames and lenses. Best experience ever.

    DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Worst experience ever! When I handed the girl at the counter my insurance card she got a nasty look on her face . Then she grabbed it with 2 fingers like it was dirty, and in a very snotty tone said,"oh, is this state insurance?" She made me feel like I was unworthy to be in their office. There were probably 6 or 7 people in there and it was super uncomfortable for me. My insurance should not be the deciding factor as to how I am treated. I work in a counseling office and would NEVER make any type of comment about someone's insurance. To top things off i arrived 20 minutes minutes early and wasn't even seen until 47 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. It was so bad I actually bought my glasses somewhere else!

    Worst experience I've ever had. My lenses weren't flush with the frame and they (Shaylin Schindler) blamed a new cutting company instead of fixing it themselves. They ordered me a new pair and it had the same problem. DON'T GO THERE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD WORKMANSHIP!

    Been going here yearly for the past 4 years. Recently I had my eye examined but got examined wrong, no issue to me, we’re all human and make mistakes. I called them and they took me in within the next few days, got re-examined properly and was on my way, they exchanged my glasses and contacts without any issue. Everyone is always nice and smiling.

    Employees were rude. I got ignored several times. Didn’t give me a cloth wipe with my glasses and received a lot of attitude very rude every time I went in.

    Today was the last time I will ever go to this place again. I will stick my the Fruita eye doctor any day. How rude can a person be in this establishment? Very not only did they mess up my frames when asked for a simple adjustment. The first time I went today they made the frames narrow; as if they didn't understand that they were wide for a reason and just assumed that's what I wanted done. Then the second time they adjusted the nose piece and ear piece and that was fine. However, because they had made the glasses narrow I ended up with a horrible headache. Went back just a few moment ago and the gal after I told her what was going on tried adjusting them. I went to my husband to ask for his opinion he thought they may still seem tight. I asked her if she could see how they sat on my head and her answer was "Why? what is the problem?" At this point I am done with her because on a previous time I had purchase glasses from them. I went back because they my lenses had scratches on them and I had gotten the scratch resistant lenses. I am not hard on them so I was confused as to why they were like that. That same gal made me feel like it was my fault because I washed them once with soap and water. Even though another rep had told me to do that when I initially got the glasses. Then she told me I had to purchase a warranty and that this time she would replace them for free since it was only TWO WEEKS since I got them. Bottom line go to Fruita because I filled out a survey letting them know about this gals actions and lack of good costumer service and she is still there.
