Went to the clearance center and got a super deal on a heavy-duty camping cot. Couldn't find any defects with the cot except the carry bag was filthy. LOL Only gave 4 stars due to lack of selection. Oh well, I got my deal! Plus, my daughter negotiated a super low price on a barely defective $80 air mattress. Once we patch that, she's golden.

I had to exchange a shirt due to the wrong size, it was a gift. All the staff I engage with were helpful, cheerful and a pleasure to work with. The staff in the coffee shop were Amazing too! I love the new addition and layout for outdoor wear. Always a fun store to shop!

Actually a nice place. I'm not sure why I always went to other establishments that are similar but I need to start coming here. Wide variety of product, and for those who need CO2 refills, this is your place. They have the cheapest rates to refill I've ever seen with a cool program to get a free refill if you sign up for free.

Great selection of camping, outdoor, and backpacking equipment. I was also surprised that they carry climbing equipment and service and sell bicycles as well. That is addition to the tools, apparel and cooking stuff. Great store. Friendly employees.

This store has the appeal of a family run retailer, but its inventory of everything outdoor - backyard to trail mix to high end backpacks - is truly impressive; shopped there on local recommendations in June 2023 - great store

Edit: I exchanged a pair of Birkenstocks I had bought ten days prior. I had used a coupon on my first purchase, and today I had to pay the difference in cost because I didn't have the same coupon. The same product was exchanged, just a different size. Not great. Huge selection of high-quality items, whatever your interest is in shopping here. It is a local place and will cost a little more than shopping at a corporation, but the shopping experience makes up for it.

JAX is well staffed with friendly and knowledgeable sales folks. The farm & ranch supply, chainsaws, and animal care sections second to none; and there are so many clothing and sporting good options all under one roof that it’s hard to beat JAX.

Great selection of boots and clothing. High end ranch store. Also carry sporting gear.

I had the most amazing experience there with my child today. 💕 we were looking for some baseball gear for his first season, and I honestly don't know much but, how to break in a glove. Duncan was absolutely wonderful, clearly passionate about the sport helped me make the right choices on his new bat and glove. There was also a woman, who moved racks for him to run and try his cleats on and actually knew to get the person to help! Will always be coming back. I've never seen such friendly staff!
