I recently bought a firearm at the GJ location from a sales clerk named Alex. I have never been more pleased with the service. Alex is one of the most knowledgeable people I have run onto when it comes to guns. It was his knowledge and complete informative details that made me feel secure about making the purchase. If you are shopping for a gun, ask for him.
Huge selection of outdoor gear and I was stunned at the customer service. Seriously some of the best I've seen in while. On top of that, their prices were good, and they have price matching. I'm impressed.

Went to location to pick up a tag purchased online. They screwed it up and now I can’t pick up the tag without going to the CPW office. Thanks for wasting my time.

Bought a pair of lostcreek wading pants this past weekend. I could not make sure that the fit was correct until I returned home. There is no type of signage in the Grand Junction store starring “No refunds on waders”, we also could not find waders listed on the web site refund policy. I attempted to return these waders with the receipt in the original box, but was told that no refunds on waders, even those that have never seen water, or been used beyond trying the fit. Buyer Beware!!!

Wow! Our first time in a Sportsman’s Warehouse and it was totally overwhelming. We will be back very soon to do some shopping for our summer camping trips.
Alex got me taken care of and even used some of his own tools to help me with my project.
Just went to get ammo with my boyfriend and out of no where we started getting followed by 2-3 employees. It made the experience very uncomfortable for simply looking at ammo and guns. Apparently you have to be dressed in your Sunday best to shop here.
