Sherwin-Williams was excellent! The woman that served me was kind, knowledgeable, extremely helpful with suggestions and efficient. No need to go anywhere else, worth every bit of any extra I might have paid for my paint. She got me in and out in a timely manner and we color-matched the paint and it was perfect. Clearly professionals at Sherwin-Willilams.

I'm writing this review because the employee at the store refused to let me speak to a Manager. Not only would Ryan (female employee) not let me speak to a Manager she would not give me their name or contact number. Ryan was very rude after a mistake was made by one of the newer employees in the store she told me I was wrong when I asked why the price is $200 different than what I was quoted. Not only did I call and get a quote on paint, I was called back by the employee I originally spoke with so he could tell me the price was better than he quoted me. After I ordered the paint a week ago I call today to see if they received it and that's when Ryan told me it would be $300. I asked why the difference and that's when she lost her cool and told me I could buy it somewhere else or she could see me a cheaper product. I asked to speak to her Manager and she refused as I previously mentioned. I hope whomever Manages this store cared more about their customers than Ryan does! Update - I just found this email address provided by corporate. Hopefully they care more about how they treat customers than Ryan and the store on 5150 E. Arapaho Road!

First I must say I understand with the covid situation thing are kinda weird. But when your sign says open and your staff not only seems to not know how to conduct a simple 8 dollar transaction which took five minutes from me giving the the 8 dollars CASH to get my change but then forgot that maybe,just maybe he should also bring my reciet. I waited another 3-5 mins for him to come to the door just to tell me I'd need to wait longer. On top of that the guy didn't even have an understanding of the products in stock. I told him exactly what I wanted and he told me they didn't have it but he'll go get what they do have as a comparison. Low and behold he came back with what I was looking for exactly as I asked with mild surprise that they sold it. I give it a two star because at least he was friendly.

I am a contractor, today I went into the centennial store, being unhappy with my previous paint supplier I decided to go here. Rebecca the store manager was so kind, professional and very helpful. This is my store, Sabina packs a punch when it comes to customer service, she is on it and always assist my clients in whatever they may need. As a contractor I receive nothing but the most professional service and friendly fun hardworking staff. My Sherwin contractor rep Jim Morel is also fantastic working with me to make sure my clients have the best products available for their projects and always keeping me informed of the new latest and greatest and providing me with the knowledge of all product to keep the project successful. I've been doing business with Sherwin Williams for many years and this is by far the rudest manager I've ever encountered. Gave me the wrong color and when my employee went in to exchange it she didn't refund the mistint and said that deep base property solutions only comes in five gallon buckets. I buy property solutions at least 5 times a month so I know this is not true, low and behold another store had it in singles. I had to call my paint rep to let her know what was going on and tell her how rude the manager was. So I went in myself to return the mistinted paint she said It was my fault and she was still rude and didn't even apologize after I told her that she was rude to me. I've spent close 100k at sherwin Williams this year but I will never spend one cent at this location ever again.

Ordered paint online. Drove out of my way to pick it up only to be told they haven't had that paint for weeks. Some how it seemed to be my fault that the online order went through. No real attempt to make it right. A phone call before hand would have saved me the issue since they had the order for almost a full day.

Asked for help, was great. Asked for a small sample to take home. Gave me a quart in satin finished. Wish I had asked for flat. Never asked either. So some what my fault for not asking ahead. Also, guess they don't use the smaller sampler anymore.
