Party City

Employees are not helpful or educated on where items are in the store and the store is very under stocked & disorganized by category. I used to come here with my mom and find everything I needed, but this time I was so disappointed.

Smaller store, not great selection. Like there's 2 types of decor for adults and everything for younger kids. But it is very difficult to find anything for teens. On general they are great and not every stores going to be huge. Not the best but not bad at all

I came inside to pick up my curbside order. I saw three employees, none of which acknowledged or greeted me. all wearing airpods (not just the earpiece for the job) making eye contact with me. i smile and they still don’t say anything… i’m standing under the in store pickup sign… while they aren’t doing a thing.. and thank then 5-7 minutes into my waiting and looking at them they finish gossiping and come over and ask if i have a question whilst i’m literally standing next to the in store pickup sign. thank goodness i didn’t choose to call and have them bring it out i might still be waiting. i wanted to come inside and make it easier for them but it was a challenge for three employees with one other customer in the store. it’s not hard to say hello and fake enthusiasm for a customer and help them quickly if you’re being paid to work at a party store that is dead every time i’ve ever been there. they were rude and incompetent and at my job airpods and conversations with my coworkers come LAST not first. greet PEOPLE!

Desirae greeted me immediately with a smile and everyone else who walked through the door after. She did a great job helping me pick out the balloons and explain the packages available. She was super efficient and friendly.

I spent about an hour and a half in party city tonight mainly because the people were so helpful and so determined that I was going to find exactly what I was looking for. Several people asked me in a very polite and kind fashion if I was getting enough assistance if I need help finding anything but not in an obtrusive disingenuous sort of way but in a superduper helpful fantastic way. There were several people who provided notable customer service and helped me find items for two different occasions one related to Halloween and one related to another event that is costumed. They had a ton of fun and original Halloween stuff that I haven’t seen other places which really surprised me. This is maybe the second or third time I’ve ever been into a party city and I underestimated the offerings and fantastic things I would find. I have to say that the stuff was above average way way above average and how kind and polite and helpful they were. A woman I believe to be the manager was also exceptional focused and kind and made sure that I had a great experience. Thanks party city you surprised me!

Selection is great, they treat well while they take your money. After that, when it comes to pick up they treat you like a stinky dog. There has to be a better place to get balloons.

They have really slimmed down the store! Not much variety and no 25th anniversary table ware, plenty of basic silver. I left with nothing, sad really, they used to have everything.

Such a fun store love getting the perfect decorations for the special occasion.

the organization of this location is awesome. so easy to find what you need and helpful staff when needed

Ordered balloons on website, which was really glitchy. I arrived ten minutes later than my pickup window, which was 40 minutes after they said the balloons would be ready. Sat and waited for 10 minutes for the balloons anyway. The employee offered apologies for the wait, which was nice - some people might not even acknowledge that.
